Ice cream was decent of course. Went to pick up a cake, the lady was horribly rude! Looked at me like I was scum, was very irate, couldnt stop talking to her friend, shoved the cake into my arms, couldnt get my payment processed fast enough, I was going to purchase some chocolate but she rushed me through my sale. Needless to say, I go to the medina location on the rare chance I even GO to Coldstone anymore!

Great ice cream but its a little expensive. Unique and tasty options and easily customizable to whatever you want. The service is fast and friendly. My only real issue is the ice cream (the sweet cream is the worst for this) melts way too fast. Kids love it though.

The icecream was average good but the day that we went the freezers were apparently not working well and our icecream was melting as soon as it was scooped. It was definitely overpriced and I will never go there again

The store is very clean and each time that I went there this summer the staff has been very friendly. The quality of the ice cream is worth the price. There are other sweets available but Ive yet to try them.
