Best Sushi beach side, no doubt about it. Im an avid Sushi fan and lets say I have eaten Sushi about once a week for the last 5 years or so and in over 40 cities around the world while traveling. While I have many favorites, this one falls outside my Top 10, but it is still best in the area. Ambient could be slightly improved, but service is good and friendly, prices are good, not overpriced and price for quality is great which gives you great value. I always try to compare places against others on the area as of course there is no match per say to Akor in SF or others in DC and NY. Well in conclusion, I come here once a week and even get complementary appetizers when not too busy. I havent tried their hibachi service, but people seem to enjoy it, so thats all I can say about that.

Our waitress (believe owner), finally took our order after being seated for 10-15 mins,....walked away,..and approached out table approximately 30-mins later and asked if someone had already taken our order. After that, my wife was finally served her side salad and soup, and our drinks were refilled. Another 15-20 minutes later our food was still not ready, Needless to say, after an hour we never received our food, and we walked out EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Apparently the Hibachi tables had more importance.

Very good sushi, but I wouldnt rate it over Haru or Thai Thai 2 beachside. Curry was pretty good, chicken was tender and juicy. Habachi was good, chicken comes with a portion of shrimp too. Sashimi combo was very good. Nice portion size and quality, but at $21 the price is a few dollars above what I would expect. No green tea available by pot and no other types of tea available was disappointing on a 40 F day. Inside the restaurant was also a bit too cold.

Went here for the first time today and I was more than impressed! Their sushi rolls were absolutely delicious and high quality. I almost lost faith in finding a "great" sushi place in Melbourne. I am so happy that I discovered this place! Will definitely be coming back (several times). P.S. their Sumo Roll and Las Vegas roll were too amazing. I highly recommend them both to those that enjoy savory rolls.

This place has food thats good. I think Makotos is better and Sumos prices are considerably more expensive because they have to make up for the discount they heavily advertise on groupon. Bottom line: good food, groupon doesnt help much at all because the menu starting prices are high. Fujiyamas or Makotos has a nicer presentation and about the same price even with the groupon to Sumo.

Meals like Makotos only better, And they deliver till very late! I love this place great food friendly phone & delivery staff. Hot food arrives hot, cold food arrives cold, & all neatly packaged. At 11:00pm when Im hungry & want some delivery thats not pizza, & may even be healthy... their is no better choice around. I hope this place lasts!

It was a good place, I was slightly worried because it was new but the staff was nice and the food was good too. We went for the grill and enjoyed it. My only comment to you is they put terriaki sauce on their veggies and a couple other things, which I personally do not prefer. Anyway great place~ and we got a free dessert. =D

I only gave one star because theres no option of giving zero Stars. They are expensive but the food doesnt reflect that value. We ordered three rolls which anywhere else is more than enough but not here. Will not be returning and suggest to everyone do the same

The restaurant hours are open until 11 PM, and I call at 10:30PM, only to have the woman that answers the phone to tell me they are closed. If you are going to stop providing service before the closing time, then please change the closing time.

Food was good but doesnt bring the experience and "it" factor other Hibachi restaurants seem to have. Service has very low energy and a lack of interest in the job. Id recommend going if you can overlook the service and enjoy the food.

Missed the lunch special by 10mins. Wouldnt give it to me. $13 for two rolls. Mind they were the cheapest too. And $1 for sauce. Then i get it and theres only 6 tiny pieces per roll. Terrible. This place sucks.

I visited Sumo last month and the food was awesome. Fresh sushi rolls and yummy hibachi chicken and shrimp. The service was excellent, too. I highly recommend this place.
