The food is delicious. They can improve on the customer service but I dont think that will happen because the owner is very disrespectful and rude. On Fathers Day they had a private function which took up about 80% of restaurant space with about 8 tables available to the public. Management should have closed the restaurant to the public for a few hours and tend to the private function in a more professional manner. It was utter chaos that day. Our meal arriving late, if you had to use the restroom you have to go through the private function and suffer the harsh stares from the owner. To the Owner: Customers come to your restaurant because the food is excellent. Dont spoil it with poor service.

Food is good. Service is terrible. The nerve of the waitress to demand at least 15% tip is uncalled for especially with the terrible service. This gave us a bad taste in our mouth and for this reason alone, we will not return. I paid cash, the waitress "kept" my change w/o even asking me if I wanted change back. I had to DEMAND my change and then was promptly reminded I needed to put down 15% for gratuity. I refused stating where does it say when I sat down I had to give 15% gratuity? First of all, my change exceeded 30% of the bill and the waitress "assumed" that my change was her tip. Ridiculous!!

Friendly helpful staff roll carts around with authentic tasty shrimp dumplings, steamed bbq buns, congee, sticky rice with minced meat wrapped in lotus leaf, stir fry beef flat noodles made to order from their menu, pastry desserts, steamed seafood balls and more. Tvs are on the walls and service was quick when we went. Bring several people to share more dishes and try more items. We have eaten here a few times and food is great. Free parking and there is an asian supermarket in the same corner plaza to pick up unique goodies for your home.

I would give 0 star rating for poor customer service. Eating experience, uses a black reusable plastic chop sticks that looks unsanitary. I have to wait for more than 45 minutes for the main course that the server had mistakenly forgotten as they put it , after watching other customer who came way after us had been served first. Disgusting attitude of server like telling me that my order is " coming" after asking 3 servers . I would not recommend this place to anyone . Big disappointment .

Excellent, excellent, excellent! This is honestly one of the more authentic Dim Sum places you can find in Florida. Its very akin to the quality you can expect in places like California Bay Area. Food is brought around on carts, and you pay at the end depending on what items youve selected. Service is professional and fast, and I always leave happy and satisfied. You can even request specific preparations or dishes, and they are happy to accommodate.

I always go to this place for dimsum. The service has greatly improved. I came hungry today, and we were sat right away. The carts came to the table as soon as we sat. The whole experience was quick and awesome. Dimsum are always good here. My favorites are shrimp and mango roll with house mayo sauce, ribs in Black bean sauce, and steam bokchoy. With the house sauce.

Customer service was horrible. Do not expect to be treated with respect. The food is good, but environment and utensils not sanitary. The floor was dirty and the waiters was not pleasant. I was desperate for good dim sum, but I hated myself for going back. There are many other dim sum places... in fact a couple of really good ones in Pembroke pines.

Dim Sum selection was very good. Service was quick, but the attitude of some servers could have improved. They used a lot of bleach in the morning to clean their bathroom and it was almost toxic to go in there...but when you nature calls, you answer. Other than, wonderful experience and quick service.

This is a real authentic Chinese restaurant with fantastic dim sum. I also tried a new vegetable dish of Chinese long greens AKA Yao Choy. It was crispy with excellent garlic flavor. To fully enjoy your meal be patient with the servers and their thick Chinese accents and you will be rewarded.

Visited on a busy Sunday and, despite the deliciously authentic food and friendly service, I was confused about customer protocol. My husband took this as part of the experience and totally enjoyed it. Looking foward to returning on another day to see if we get a different experience.

The food come quickly by carts (dim sum). This is a plus. They didnt have Sriracha. I put this on most of the food I usually eat. I tried the hot sauce not really good. Next time Ill bring my own Sriracha.

Shrimp Wonton soup: good shrimps but tasteless soup; chicken lo mein and beef fried rice: tasteless food and no beef or chicken. Bad experience. 01/23/2013, 06:32 pm (dinner time)

Food is impeccable. They have authentic dim sum. Really authentic. The only flaw is their service. Not too attentive. Other than that, its a great lunch spot to go on a weekend!

Extremely rude service. They give me 4 bites of pork for 19.95. And I ask why is that so expensive. They said this to me "if you dont have money, dont come here. "

Food here is average at best. The staff is good but the meal quality doesnt really match the price. You also get poor reception in this building for some reason.

Nice place to get dry good for your Chinese fix. But if you want fresh seafood, you better off at publix.
