Ive been hearing about this place and been wanted to check it out for a while now. Two of my friends who live in California visited the place a few months back and told me how authentic the food it is to the Ramen houses they eat at back at home. I finally got the opportunity to go eat there on 4/23. The place was packed so I decided to sit at the bar. It didnt take long for the waitress to ask want I wanted to order. I ordered the TONKOTSU which looked exactly like the picture on the website. The moment I started to eat it, I was a happy camper. The broth felt like comfort food to me. The noodles tasted like it was made from scratch. They use really bamboo and not the can stuff which you find in most Asian places. The Pork Belly was really tender and juicy. I ended up eating the whole entire soup because it was too good to stop eating it. While I was sitting at the bar I saw how professional and clean the cooks were in the back. There were 5 people in the kitchen each doing their section of work. I got to see a huge slab of pork belly being cut and prepared for cooking. The meat looked really fresh and of good quality. The man who was washing all the dishes had gloves on the whole time. I really liked how the man who was cooking the Ramen noodles used the big wooden chopstick. Every time I saw the waitress grab an order of food it looked really good! I gave this place a 4 out of 5 stars because I felt like there wasnt enough options for Ramen noodle soups. Why not have a sea food one or maybe one with chicken not just all pork?"

In order to eat here you must know about Dim Sum already. My son asked me to celebrate his birthday here. He is a fan of Asian culture and wanted to try authentic ramen noodles. The staff seemed bothered to have to explain the menu to us. There also seems to be a language barrier as well (both waitresses seemed to be European). We ordered a noodle soup that was unpleasant to one of the guest in our party and they still charged us for the soup. I asked for the manager and it was pointless, I tried to reach the manager for several days after, unsuccessfully. We ended up ordering different options on the menu in order to know what was each item as the menu does not have any pictures. It is a small location convenient for a quick meal or meet up with a friend. Dont expect any customer service, and its designed for a night crowd type-of-place. I only went back once after 6 months for lunch since their Chicken Buns are very good. Overall 2 stars for their service and unfriendly waitresses.

I had the chance to visit this place and tried a variety of items. The main dish that I went there for is the Tonkatsu ramen. Its like eating a bag of pretzels. The beginning few bites are good. But the more you eat, the saltier it got. Towards the end of the bowl, it was pretty salty....and believe me, Im a salt licker. If its salty for me, it will be too much for the average person. Overall, I have to give this place a fair/average rating. I will point out that even though I gave it a 3 star, its a place with potentials with some small tuning and tweaking on the taste. The flavor of the ramen is there, but unfortunately, it got over-powered by the saltiness.

I was introduced to this restaurant by a group of friends. We went at lunch time and the restaurant was not crowded (THANK GOD)! I have been here on multiple occassions for dinner and the place is literally packed every single night. GoBistro has one of the best sushi selections and the sushi always tastes fresh. My favorite menu items are the "Avacado Fries," "Pork Belly Bun," "Tonkotsu," and the "Tuna Crunch Roll." This is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to eat on any occassion. The prices are great, the staff is extra friendly, and the service is beyond fast! This is one of my 2 favorite places to eat on Hollywood Blvd.

This place is great! Came for lunch the first time and had sashimi and ramen. The sashimi was fresh and very tasty! The ramen was ok. The broth was a tad too thick for my taste. The pork was delicious tho, very delicate. The second visit was great. The serve brunch till 4pm (which is awesome) The Matcha Brule French Toast was just speechless. It was so good, the French toast was cooked perfectly, the Matcha cream inside was the right amount. The Matcha was not overpowering, and the sweet butter on top was the prefect balance of sweet and creamy. I definitely plan on coming back.

Ive had ramen in Japan and Ive traveled alot just to eat food. So when I walked in here and saw they had a good selection of ramen, the curry ramen is so far my favorite and I cant stear away from it. The vibe of the place is perfect the food is amazing I even surprised a few friends who have places they always go to for sushi now they cant go anywhere but here! This is my go to place for ramen my go to place for taking friends out who love Jap food. This is my happy place this is 90% as close to Japanese ramen made in Japan as you can get!

GoBistro has the best tonkotsu ramen ramen in South Florida. The only ramen that comes even close to the quality at GoBistro is Momi down in Miami. Definitely give GoBistros melt-in-your-mouth pork bun appetizer a try if you love sweet, succulent pork. I normally dont like fat on my meats, but their pork is my single exception to that rule. I came here the first time with a group of friends, and I swear we were all planning our next trip back the second we tasted our tonkotsu. Definitely go!

This was my first time here a couple weeks ago and to be totally honest I was hesitate on eating here because I wasnt sure if I was gonna like anything on their menu. I was totally wrong! This place was awesome! As soon as I walked through the door someone greeted me and sat me down immediately. Everything I tried tasted amazing (sushi, skewers, rice, and the Ramen bowl). I didnt have to wait a long time for my food either. I was not disappointed. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Avocado fries lacks taste in the batter, chicken wings have taste only on the fried parts but once you take a chunk of meat you realize its not seasoned at all, the crab taco is salty and smells, the lemon sake has 7% alcohol and costs $40, the Green tea creme brulee is watery... They used powder for the green tea effect and it sinks at the bottom, making it grainy.... Expensive experience, they lie when they say made from scratch, and its quite disappointing. Do not recommend

Place an order for pick-up and get told 20 mins for my order. Pull up after 30 mins and they tell me to wait another 10 mins. Call me 15 mins later to get my food and this is the most messed up order of life. The thirteen dollar tuna doesnt even have three ozs of tuna in it and the sauces I asked for TWICE were not in the bag. Both servers were disrespectful and couldnt even apologize for the inconvenience. What a shame. Place wasnt even busy. Congrats youve lost a customer.
