If you enjoy thoughtfully made food in a young fun hip energetic environment you have to try Ramen Lab. The ramen noodles are made fresh every day and are so good and satisfying. The Morikami salad bowl that I had was sooo delicious. The artistry and energy the kitchen staff puts into making each dish is fun to watch and even more fun to eat. The people are even better than the food they serve! The owner, Louis, is super genuinely cool and friendly. While helping out in the open kitchen, he looked us in the eye when our order was ready and being served spoke to us by name and with sincerity and a huge winning smile wished us enjoyment of our meal. The very cool girl taking our order would holla to the rest of the crew to "say Hi to ... " whoever came in that she recognized. They already have built engagement and customer loyalty like this in the three weeks they have been open. Do not miss this really special eatery. It is yummy:)

Eating ramen has become more or less an experiment now that I live in Boca . Its hard to find a ramen joint that makes me happy and its even harder for me to not give up and just be like: "This is the best Ill get up here I guess". However, I came across Ramen Lab and I throughly enjoyed it. Its just delicious. The broth is flavorful and its made how I like it. They actually give you the extra stuff in the ramen that not everyone does. The ambience is great too bringing a new hip vibe to the Boca area. Heck, theres not even a crazy long wait. And I really cant complain about the price compared to other places. I love this ramen place and would easily say its my favorite in the Boca area. The service is super friendly and its located right near Mizner Plaza. Yeah, perfect for a weekend dinner when you just need your ramen fixing.

I got the 5 Spices Duck Ramen ($16), which had a delicious and flavorful broth, tasty Ramen noodles, and tender duck. Most items on the menu span $12-$15 (tax not included, but also no waiters to tip). The steamed tofu buns seemed pricey, until we see the size of them: they are huge! My friend enjoyed her Tuna Poke bowl. Its new, and you can tell. The website is still missing the order online section, so call ahead if you want to beat the line. It also feels crowded because there is almost no room to stand in line while waiting to order at the front counter. A table to the left when you walk in the front entrance blocks where the line should flow, when the line hits the front door at 3 people long.

Witnessing the grand opening of this hip fast casual laboratory specializing in ramen, was absolutely divine. Asian steamed buns, also known as Bao Bros Bun were moderately hot, in other words warm and steamed. Kaarage chicken was my protein for this fine evening. While staying true to the bowl concept, the infamous Tonkotsu ramen and Miso ramen with Chashu met expectation with its finishing taste in broth. As a past Hawaiian resident, the tuna poke bowl was a must, in making this grand opening that much more full. What a gratifying and perfect location for a dim date night, with such a lovely and well-experienced crew.

The dumplings were perfectly pan seared and the dipping sauce was delicious but that was it. I was told the chicken karaage was white meat it wasnt it was thigh meat, if you work at a restaurant you should know this kind of stuff. Now onto the ramen, I requested no bamboo shoots, with fried onions, a soft boiled egg, and Al dante noodles. The noodles were mushy, with no egg, no fried onions, and bamboo shoots came inside. I also thought the broth was under developed. This place is for the ramen amateur not someone seeking a true developed ramen. Someone looking for soup.

Ramen lab has a very cool concept and you can see the money they invested in their establishment. Despite being 2 months in, it still feels like they have some kinks they are working out. Their sake selection was limited to 3, but at the time we went, they only had 2 and in individual sized bottles. Their menu had things crossed out left and right, and I found that even though the noodle sizes are different on the menu, they are all the same in the end. That being said, their appetizers stole the show and were enough to have me come back.

Visited Ramen Eatery in Boca with a colleague last week. We were both pleased with our food. Fast casual fusion of Japanese/Korean/Thai. You may pay $13 for your Ramen, but its no ordinary bowl of Ramen. You get mean, veggies, and a full helping of accompaniments. Its a meal. You order at the counter and they serve you when its ready. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic. Would certainly visit again. The only downside is that table seating is at a premium during lunch. We went at 1 pm on a Wednesday, it was packed! 4/5 stars.

I was really happy when I heard about the new ramen place in Boca. But I also expected it to be an average quality (with high reviews, because its the only one around). And wow, its actually really, really good! Very friendly staff (keep the spirit), amazing and very authentic taste and selection of local craft beers. For me, the second best ramen Ive ever had (first one was one of the best places in Japan), highly recommended and Ill definitive come back. My wife had a vegetarian ramen, I had a miso ramen.

This was truly the best Asian restaurant Ive ever been to. My first time eating here, I ordered the Bao Bros Buns with Asian mushrooms and it was nothing less than delicious. The prices are great. The extremely hot chili sauce is amazing (has a great flavor and kick), the condiments are well kept. The staff is nice. I will definitely make the 10 mile drive just to eat here again. 5/5 stars.

I loved the large selection of ramen that you can choose from! The bowl tastes great, but its not super authentic ramen. Ive had better tasting Ramen. It was still pretty good! I enjoyed sitting outside with my friends, and just hanging out. Its a nice place, and a nice set up.

I love ramen! Its really hard to find a traditional ramen spot, but this was really good. You have 3 levels of spicy i chose #3 and it was great. Great vive young crowd and friendly service. Sat outside and enjoyed the cool breeze while eating pork rib ramen.

Ordered the duck ramen and it was amazing! However, the Tom yum wasnt as good. The shrimp was over cooked, wasnt deveined and was starting to disintegrate into the soup. Wouldnt order the Tom yum again until they learn how to properly clean and cook shrimp.

Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen Broth: 5/5 very flavorfal Egg: 3/5 nice soft boil. Just wished they served the whole egg instead of half Pork: 1/5 pork was tough, dry, and chewy Overall I would probably still come back and try other items off there menu.

Excellent food. Great service and helpful, knowledgeable service. The bao buns were outstanding. We had both the beef and mushroom ones. Great vegetarian options as well. The tonkatsu ramen was delicious as well. This will become a new regular!

Great clean restaurant. Small place with great customer service. The ramen was delicious, just what we were looking for. The only complaint is we sat outside to enjoy the outdoors and we had smokers next to us which ruined the experience.
