Cant find better BBQ! As a gourmet chef with almost 20 years experience, I can cook damn near everything. Ive worked in 5-star restaurants, little china, and the local fishhouses, Ive participated in Ribfest and many other cooking competitions... and have yet to find better smoke. I was raised barefoot in the sticks, the son of a true Florida Cracker, and my pappy is no dummy when it comes to roastin a pig, yet even he admits when hes beat. I moved a bit further north a while back, but still make the drive right past "Pit-Boss" and "Sonnys" to get to this lil place. Reading the few negative reviews, I feel the need to rebuttal; No, the food is not seasoned as heavily as you might be used to, here they embrace the smoke for flavor and strive to preserve that simplicity. Simple food made well is the true definition of good cooking. You can dump a bunch of barbeque rub on anything and eat it with enough ketchup... and for people with this sort of expectations, SmokinOut offers a wide variety of sauces, including some damned good Carolina Style thats not often seen, much less made this darn gud.

Best bbq around, truly a master at their craft. I have lived in Atlanta, St. Louis and Kansas city. I dare you to find better bbq. We have tried nearly everything on the menu and its obvious they take pride in all things on offer. The smoked fish is local off the boat and sauce really is unnecessary for the bbq. Although the spicy sauce is damn good. Wish they were open Sunday but I would still patron them if they were only open one day a week. If I had three thumbs they would all be up.

Weve been trying different BBQ places in the area (Tampa Bay)and I can honestly say this place made it to the top of our list. Not one thing negative to say. The food was delicious!! I loved the sweet sauce. The staff was really friendly and it was very clean. Its just an unassuming place on US 19 but definitely worth a try if you want some great BBQ! We will definitely be back!

We just moved to Holiday and tried this place, it was so good!! The beef brisket and pork were very moist and juicy, bbq sauce was good but the meat was good by itself. The sides were very good and very southern style!! We went for dinner and there was no other customers but they said lunch is crazy around there. Will be making this part of our normal rotation!

GREAT FOOD! I have had the ribs, pulled pork sandwich & the chicken. It was all fantastic. I like their sweet potatoes & dinner salad. You get great food at a great price. I have also gotten the bulk pulled pork to take home. If you are going for the first time, get the sampler platter to see what is best for you. Oh, ask for extra napkins. Youll need them.

Just ate here for the first time tonight and it was an awesome experience. Great BBQ Pulled Pork and the customer service was great; on the phone for my to go order and when I went inside to pick it up. I got it to-go but the inside looked really clean and seemed laid back. Will be coming back; again and again.

Ive eaten BBQ in countless states this by far is the best Ive ever had. I am pretty sure they put crack in their carolina sauce because I could seriously drink it alone. The smoked fish is amazing no matter what catch you choose. And if you really wana get fancy try one of their FAT grouper filets. Just mmh

We love all food service at Smoking Out ! We have been there six times, they have a awesome grouper sandwich and the pulled pork Barbecue is the best. The service is great, polite people and the prices are very reasonable .A place the locals go to for great food. They take pride in their restaurant.

Very nice place, clean and quick, the lady that helped us on the order, Kate was very knowledgeable and cordial. We got the sampler of the barbecued meat and everything was very tasty and tender. Thank you for the very good meal and the friendliness, will definitely go again :D!!!

Good food, 9 times out of 10 when we eat in 1 thing out of the 3 on the plate are hot, mac and cheese is almost always cold. Great flavor just needs to be put in the microwave before its put in the table. Would recommend ordering to go and heating it up when you get home.

All the meats are exceptional BBQ. Ive had the ribs, chicken, pork, salmon, and brisket and they are without a doubt some of the best meats youll find in the NPR area. Side note - the amberjack appetizer spread is very delicious. A must try if you like fish.

Really good pulled pork and ribs and sausage....really, the sausage is fantastic. good cole slaw and nice service. Smoked mullet has scalees on it so its difficult to eat without getting them in your food. I will be back!

Places like this are hard to come by anymore. A smoke house! The food here is great. I had a pulled pork sammie. The staff is cool and the food is hot. Not much more can be asked of an eatery. Try the smoked fish spread.

This BBQ restaurant has the best BBQ Ive ever eaten. The potato salad is to die for. Not to mention that the owners and employees are terrific. We get takeout food at least once a week and have never had a bad meal.

I got the chicken. It was so bland and had NO flavor. The rest of the people with me got pork and loved it. But if you are a non red meat eater i dont recommend. Staff was polite and place was clean.

Mashed potato salad was horrible! Canned baked beans, dry pork. Little cup of heinz bbq wasnt enough. Place should close down permantly. Service was only good thing
