We decided we wanted pizza on Easter, there were not a lot of places open. We called a bunch of pizza places that we were familiar with, none were open. We found New York Style Pizza and Restaurant was open so we headed there. When we walked in, there were three hostesses at the counter. We listened to them finish their conversation before they were able to acknowledge us being there. They didnt say welcome, or anything friendly, just how many? We told them four, they grabbed menus and one girl said "follow me." Um, ok, Happy Easter to you too. We were seated a few minutes later, our waiter came over for our drink orders. The next person we saw, five minutes later was the person delivering our drinks. My 15 year old daughter was served her drink in a cup with a lid and my seven year old got his drink in a glass. Even though, it was obvious that they messed up, initially, no one tried to correct this. We asked if he could send the waiter over to take our order. We placed an order for a dozen rolls and two pizzas. When the rolls arrived, my husband asked for additional butter. We never did get it. When the pizzas arrived, we were excited to try them. The pizza was not good. The dough was tough, and the pizza was extremely greasy. Our drinks were empty throughout the meal as well. We didnt even finish the first pizza as none of us liked it at all. We asked for a doggie box or the rolls and made it clear that we were not taking the other pizza. We requested our bill. No one at any time asked how the food was. When we were walking out, our waiter stopped us and told us we forgot our pizza. We told him no, we had made it clear that we didnt want the pizza. My husband also told him that we were very unhappy with the service we received. He did not say much, just sort of stood there and looked at us. One of the hostesses was listening as well. You would think that at some point, they would have called a manager over.

The most horrible experience ever . Wait it there for at least to get something to drink for 10 min . Had to get up from my table to ask ,To who was my server, and there answer was , she had a big table she will be there at soon she finish . They finally send somebody 15 min later . And ask what we will like to drink . The server finally show up and took our order . No refills for drinks what so ever . And the add to the bill a 10 dollar tip . When i when to talk to the boss . He toll me to leave the restaurant. I couldnt believe what i was hearing . Plus i was with my kids . Very bad experience first and last . Be aware of the owner !!!! And your money , because they will add the tip to your bill and you may ended up paying double tip . Its not about paying for the food , but i expect to have good service when I go someplace with my family to eat. If I want to be able to put zero stars I wouldve .

To be clear, I am Customer, and in no way affiliated with this business. I get that consistency in product and service is important. Seems that some customers have experienced questionable service and product...and everyone has their own opinion. Individual tastes vary from person to person. Ive been here several times and had nothing but good or exceptional with both. My suggestion, if youre expecting the standard, crappy, South Florida pizza that youre use to, dont go here, its delicious NY Style. If you can take the time to complain about your experience, then take the time to proofread your comments and learn how to spell. You expect this business to care about their product and service, yet you dont care enough to make yourself not look like an idiot and write irresponsibly-written reviews.

The place was full when we walked in but seated promptly. The restaurant is very noisy. We ordered garlic bread to start, it needed to be toasted a bit more and it needs for olive oil. For an italian restaurant they skimp on it, alot. We ordered a NY Sicilian pizza and got a medium cheese pizza. I think it was due to the language barrier with the waiter. However, the pizza itself was chewy, the cheese clumped together, that tells me the mozarella cheese was not fresh or its been in the fridge for too long. Dominoes and Little Cesars are better just to give a comparison. Overall, i was disappointed with this place

This was my first time going and it was only to order a take out and I was very very impressed with their customer service! A mom walked in with her little one on her hip to pick up her take out and they helped her carry her food out because they said she was already carrying "precious cargo" ^_^ I thought that was so sweet! After I ordered my salad to go I watched as they attended to every customer with the same enthusiasm as the one before! I will definitely be going back to try their pizza and knots!

I have eaten here for the past 29 years 5 days a week for lunch. Their pizza is the best Ive ever had and thats coming from a girl who was born and raised in New Jersey!! The whole family and I mean the WHOLE family are wonderful people. Ive had the pleasure of watching their children grow up, now Jack and Joey are back their making pizza!!! Ive sent a lot of people down there and everyone of them Thanked me. If you havent checked them out you need too, tell them Barbara sent you. ;)

This place is the best place I have ever eaten at! The food is incredible beyond words! The environment is so welcoming, the owner is just the best!! He goes out of his way to make sure you are taken good care of, and every person in that restaurant are hard workers. The service itself can easily explain how hard they work. This restaurant has easily become my daily pizza restaurant; It is so family oriented! Thank you Sal for opening up a place so amazing!

We visited New York Style Pizza & Restaurant on Tuesday, June 13th. This was our first time there. I can not remember the last time that Ive enjoyed a meal and service as much as I did that evening. The flavors had remarkable depth. The restaurant is both clean and tidy and all the staff members there greeted my companions and me with smiles, and were very attentive. I know Ill certainly be returning soon and as often as possible.

A friend and I have tried nine different pizza places in the West Palm Beach area. New York Style is in the top three best for New York style pizza. The other two are: Grandmas Brooklyn (Royal Palm Beach) and Romeos Famous Pizza (Okeechobee & Jog Rd). Excellent quality ingredients. Helpful, prompt service. New York Style has the best dining room out of all of the pizza places we visited; except Francescas.
