This is hilarious, i had a delivery a few months ago that was not correct. I called up and let them know that they forgot a slice of pizza. They finally brought the slice over. I noticed that i ordered an extra garlic bread and they gave me a couple of slices when my last delivery actually had a whole loaf. I called up and complained that the slice that they delivered was so dry that it probably was the one that sat on top of the oven for over an hour and that they didnt give me the extra garlic bread that i ordered. They instead decided to argue with me over this, so i said forget it i would never order there again. Well a few months goes by and i decide let me give them another chance. i call up give them my info and the person puts me on hold than comes back and says their system is down. Well it seemed fishy to me so i had someone else call with their phone and all of a sudden they are taken the order. She questioned the person why they wouldnt take the first order and their response was that i was put in the computer to never deliver. Here is my issue they Blacklisted me from ever getting a delivery because of their issues and problems so if i get this correct if you call Bella Italia and complain they blacklist you from getting service. If even one person reads this can i say i would NEVER EVER do business with this restaurant Funny i guess that their food is so great they can afford to pick and choose who they do business with Well not this Guy. Hate to say it Dominos will deliver !!!!

i just spent an hour trying to figure out how to make a review comment. i have never done this before let alone really no how to use the internet for this type of information , but i simply couldnt resist. Bella Italia is the best pizza i have had in Florida. i just moved here a few months ago from New York and tried a bunch of other pizzerias. us New Yorkers cant go long without pizza. right when i thought about moving back just for the amazing bread our water produces i found this pizzeria. i would say nothing else comes close to true north east pizza. the staff is absolutely the best , i hate more then anything going into a place and being unnoticed by the workers and here i have never had that problem. they truly care about you, putting money in their pocket or not. speak of cleanliness, i was looking for the bathroom and took the wrong turn i have never seen a cleaner kitchen in my life and i have worked in quit a lot of them. besides the food staff and hygiene id say the music is my favorite, with the owners wide verity of classics it takes me back to such great memories from my life. id give this place more then 5 stars if i could and recommend them to everyone and anyone. whoever says they have had the best pizza if you have not been to Bella Italia you are lying to yourself.

Went around peak dinner time but was able to grab an open table. First time and definitely will go back. Staff was very friendly and even though our server messed up an initial drink order her explanation (as someone else who also works in a restaurant) made perfect sense. If I had a complaint about my own meal (the Bella Italia Combination) it would be that the Stuffed Shells and Manicotti had the same stuffing - while kinda expected with those dishes - a combo platter would be a chance for them to showcase 3 completely different items instead of two pretty much identical + lasagna. It was all still delicious and huge portions!

The food was good. Ive had the white pizza, knots, and calzone, all of which I found tasty. The fried arent special. The cheese fries were kind of a let down. Its melted shredded cheese and it just wasnt what my taste buds wanted. The jalapeno poppers were very disappointing for the price. They were just frozen poppers and it was 5 for like 5 or 6 bucks. Other people I was with had lasagna, manacotti, and stromboli. The two with pasta dishes said they were great and the one with the stromboli said it was decent. Overall I found it very overpriced for what it was, but nothing was bad.

Hey Aldo......Thanks for taking $34 from us and giving us a pizza that is not fit to feed our dogs because all the cheese stuck to the top of the box! Then you accused us of ruining the pizza on purpose. Really???? I will never spend another penny in your restaurant and I plan on telling anyone who reads this not to waste their money either. Facebook friends....PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT BELLI ITALIA RESTAURANT ON MICHIGAN. Hope this gets to all our friends at the Wing Shack and they pass it on to as many friends as they can! SHAME ON YOU ALDO....SHAME ON YOU!!!!!

Three things make a great pizza: crust, sauce, and toppings. The sauce had a great fresh flavor, i wonder if they make it from scratch in the restuarant? The sausage and other toppings were great but I think the mushrooms may be canned. Didnt detract from the pizza too much. The cheese was really better than most. The crust had a good consistency, however, a little bland. Overall the pizza was an excellent NY style pizza and I plan to try other items on thier menu. It is definitely on my favorite pizza places in Conway list! Think I will order some now!

Its always a good day when im dining in at Bella Italia because not only is the food amazing but I also really appreciate the overall performance of the staff there. They always seem to make my food really good and they always seem to show me a good time as a client when I eat there. This place is a great atmosphere which also explains why I bring my friends here with me every time I go even though its a long drive from my house. Nothing bad to say about Bella at all. Appreciate the effort and hard work the employees there do. Thank you so much Bella!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in all of Orlando. It is tucked away in a win-dixie shopping plaza and so it is only known by the locals. I have eaten here 10+ times and have tried most of the menu and believe me it is all good. The pizza is great too. On mondays they run a special called mug mondays. I cant recall the times but in the evening from 5pm-8pm (I think) they have a special where you bring in a mug of your choice and order $11.00 with of food and you can have free beer in your mug (as much as you want).

The staff is extremely friendly and the food is fantastic. Aldo has a fabulous wine collection and has social events in the store on occasion. I originally stopped here because of its vicinity to my home but I will return regardless of my location in town. The restaurant is small and spotless. The primary pizza man is great with customer service and culinary skill. The owners son works for him and is absolutely adorable - making the family atmosphere legitimate. Aldo being attractive doesnt hurt the atmosphere, either ;-)
