They sold me a pizza with severly undercooked dough. The dough had more elasticity than the cheese. There was virtually no suace. I didnt look at the pizza till I got home (big mistake). I called the store to tell them about it and the young man working immediately had a bad additude towards me. He accused me of wanting a free meal, even though I paid and only wanted to exchange a pizza that was not fully cooked and only had one bite out of it. I now go to the one west of rt 43 (I think west main st sorry Im relatively new to kent). They know how to cook a pizza. Their pizza is 10 times better and the staff is super kind. Cotporate should be appalled by these bad reviews. I hope the owner gets his franchisee rights revoked.

They never have anything ready! Just came in to get dinner and they had nothing ready no pretzel, no bread sticks nothing but plain and pepperoni pizza, andit seems to happen all the time, just came in today 8/6/16 at 6:30pm guy said they have nothing ready, I again say you guys never have anything ready, he starts arguing with me saying I complain Everytime I come there? But havent been there in 5+ weeks my wife has and of course she says they never have anything ready either! So dont worry young punk you wont see my face anymore because you have lost our business!

You get a pretty decent bang for your buck getting pizza here. Hot and ready pepperoni or cheese pizza is only $5.55 - unfortunately, they stopped making hot and ready Supremes. This means that if you want a halfway decent pizza, youre going to have to wait in the lobby for 10 minutes. If you dont care what goes in your mouth, or your having a party and need a lot of pizzas, then this place is where its at. But if your food critic, or the type that likes to savor the flavor, keep in mind this is just a step above the frozen pizzas at the grocery store.

The pizza is good, but I come here often and they never have anything besides the large pizza hot-n-ready like they advertise. Italian cheese bread, pepperoni cheese bread, zesty cheese bread, $5 lunch combo, 3 meat treat deep dish, 3 meat treat regular, ultimate supreme, 8$ deep! deep! dish, loaded crazy bites, all not hot-n-ready as advertised.

I order a bacon wrapped pizza but received a pepperoni deep dish. When I called to complain, the employee who answered was a rude and sounded accusatory. The boy who sold me the pizza denied making a mistake with my order. The girl who exchanged my pizza asked for my name and number "for future reference." Lets see if I future come here.

Called in an order and was told 10 min. Showed up 15 min later and said they never received order. Waited 25 min for pizza that looked like they spit on it. No patrons while we waited and i see why now. Is this a front for drugs or something...!?! Most pathetic lil Caesars i have ever seen.

Said open till 11. I live in the apartments behind it. I came home from work 1030 and wanted to grab dinner. I walk in and a lady says that they are closed. Online said till 11 pm. Very disappointing

Fast and friendly service. Ive never been able to go in and grab a hot N ready, theyre always out when Im there, but the extra 5 minute wait is worth it to get a pizza made fresh for you :-)
