Since we step foot in the door we should have just turned right around and walked out like we contemplated. It was complete chaos when we were finally sat even tho there were plenty of empty tables most of them dirty and no one cleaning. We were eventually attended to by an older skinny woman dont really remember her name do to the second hand smoke that was distracting me we thought she had a cigarette in her hand it was so bad. My husband had some wings that were so dry they tasted like wood and my salad was soggy with hot dressing a very bad experience and it was mutch of the same looking aroundat the other peoples expressions not sure how this place is open for business and they might want to invest in a couple of brooms geez what a nightmare

Good food but disappointing customer service placing an order to go over the phone. Called first time, waited on hold almost 10 minutes and finally hung up. Called back a while later, waited on hold again almost 5 minutes and hung up. Husband called and his order was taken right away, but the employee was rude and condescending. Word of advice: calling someone love and honey over the phone doesnt mask a rude tone of voice or behavior.

this place is horrible. Stopped in for lunch. Ordered boneless wings which is all breaded and hard. not even hot. had the feeling of sitting out awhile on the hard thick outside with very little chicken inside. The onion rings. Well i bit into 2 and neither had an onion to taste and also did not seem fresh. I just send the food back. i couldnt eat it.

Our favorite wing place, food is really good! Service can be slow at times, just depends. The choice of sauces and heats available is fantastic! Wings are cooked to perfection. Very large menu. Go on Thursday nights if you like trivia and you can win gift cards for free food! Get a rewards card and you can earn free meals pretty quickly! :)

Hurricanes is a super relaxed atmosphere with solid food. The servers are friendly and they have trivia a few nights a week where you can get up to $30 off your next bill! Its beer and wine only but their beer selection is vast and reasonably priced. Obviously, get the wings, its in the name and they have more sauces than you can imagine!

My husband like the wings there, but I was disappointed both times Ive been. Today had pulled pork sliders that were way too drenched in sauce, sort of soupy to me. I paid $1.00 up charge for a premium side, crispy sweet potato straws. They were not crispy, not straws, and it was a very small amount, see photo.

Sign says open until 10:00 but what they really mean is if you come at 9:25 looking for a table we will pretend not to see you at the hostess stand and then point to a manager and tell you to ask her if you can have a table because "were only open for like another 30 minutes." WOW.

Nice quiet, great food. Customer service was on point. Pricing is fair and beers are great. The girls were great, maybe just me, have only being there three times up to this point I cant complain. All visit up to this point have being good.

I highly recommended this place. I love wings, and have eaten at many a wing spot, and nothing touches Hurricanes. So many sauces to choose from, you will not be disappointed! Try the Thai Ginger & Garlic with Hot sauce. Spectacular!

Good place to bring children because there is a little game room and no one cares if they are loud. It is also relatively cheap...I believe they have good deals on certain days. I always get the burger which is pretty good!

This place is an embarrassment we keep making the mistake of going back because its local and convenient. The "grilled" chicken is cooked on a flat skillet and Greasy. Food is gross and kitchen is slowwwwwww.
