I have been to this location many times and mostly had a good experience/service. However the most recent visit was a bit frustrating I went on a Wednesday evening about 8 ish (didnt anticipate the after church crowd that is pretty much a given in Plant City). My gf wanted a cotton candy blizzard which was advertised and had a sign in the lobby.I waited 15-20 minutes to be told they were out of the stuff they needed to make it. I realize that it happens but put a sign up or something to inform people, maybe its nitpicky but it really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Will not return. Almost 40 min in the drive thru is ridiculous for ice cream. Once at the window suddenly realized that the reason its taking FOREVER is that the workers are taking their sweet time. I have never seen drive thru workers with 8 cars in line go in slow motion like these kids. Looks like they need a manager or a better manager. Judging by these comments need an owner that gives a damn

The ice cream was good, the service was insulting. I ordered from the drive through I owed 5.23 so I gave her 5.25 and said just keep the pennies. She came back and gave me the 2 pennies and said they work for tips and that would be an "insult tip." I have never tipped in a drive through, except places that have tip jars at windows. This was rude and I felt very awkward and embarrassed.

Very Slow Service!!!! Sadly I had to give 3 stars only because Of how slow they are there no matter whose at the drive thru window its rare if its take less than 15min!!!! And we visit several times a week sense me and my husband were on a icecream eating binge there lol. Their icecream is so delicious even just plain ol vanilla!...... Too bad we are watching our weight now

This is not a full DQ, they sell the regular ice cream and stuff, but non-DQ food. No burgers or fries. I stood in the lobby without being greeted because the drive thru was backed up. So I eventually left without getting anything. No one even noticed I came and went.

Great place to eat ice cream but needs better location and just 5 mil away theres a Twistee treat that makes there ice cream just as good and is in a great location if you are a Dairy queen lover and want to drive your way out it is worth it they even have an Arcade !

Good ice cream. Friendly employees. Not many options if you want anything other than ice cream and there is usually a bit of a wait when i go there. Though i believe the employees and ice cream make up for the problems.

Lots of ice cream to choose from. But limited seating. And they do take abit longer. But nice to see a nice staff. They are all high school kids but they seem like they try to work hard and be great with customers.

False advertisements.... New dairy queen coupon was not excepted. Due to limited menu options. Why have a promo for items and not have the items available to customers. Waste of time. Associates were nice.
