Horrible service. Awful beverages, one of the baristas (a male African-American on 8/26/16 at 6pm) yell at the customer line and said... "If you cannot wait more than 10 mins for your drink, you are at the wrong line because I am not gonna rush for you all. Youll are crazy"... Then he goes on his personal phone. What a horrible service. Ive already placed my order and decided to leave. Bad all the way around. The store close to the A gates.

Disgusting!!!! If I wasnt in a hurry I wouldve had a word with them about how they run their starbucks! Do not go here. Completely unsanitary. I saw a man sneeze into his hands and then handle cups, then another guy came out from the back shoving food in his mouth, handling peoples drinks! What kind of establishment is this!? Unacceptable starbucks!!!

Gave 1-star because cant go lower. Asked for whole milk in coffee and was charged $2.70 for it. Asked for refund and the associate took another $2.70 off my card. Then spent another 30 minutes asking for $5.40 back. By this time my coffee is already cold. Gave the coffee back in disgust.

Slow service, rude employees, and dirty. I saw 2 flies buzzing around the food case. They are in an airport and have a captive audience. So, you are pretty limited on competition. But, this is the worst Bucks I have been to.

I would rate it lower if I could. Extremely slow and even more rude. I can not believe how terrible the service is. Had to repeat our order 5 times and they still got it wrong.
