THIS PLACE IS A RACIST PEICE OF TRASH. first of all I just got off a cruise with my family and we are now in Florida and we all decided we wanted tacos so we went to this innocent place. when our server seen us she evidently got scared and called the cops on us for NO REASON because SHE IS RETARDED and RACIST. Im telling you Ive never seen anyone act so stupid in my entire life, if only I had her number I would give her a piece of my mind. So the cops came and they just literally sat and ate and stared at us the whole time. What kind of person is afraid of 2 grandparents, a teen , and 6 adults. Im assuming she thought we would walk out and not pay when we obviously look nicely dressed and not criminals. Im so sick of racist people like her, she makes all of her kind look bad. All Im gonna say is if youre black like me dont even bother going to that place because all she gonna do is play innocent and say " oh I was scared " OF WHAT? point is dont ever go here because this place is complete TRASH and the food is disgusting.

This is a beautiful little restaurant in a rather dire location of office building meets strip mall. Lots of colorful artwork, cool wallpaper and attention to detail in the decor. Unfortunately, the attention stopped at the decoration. My $9.99 order of tacos mole consisted of three soft tacos about 5" in diameter with a small dollop of meat sprinkled with sesame seeds. The meat was tender but had no discernible flavor which left me feeling like I was chewing wet cardboard. To make matters worse, aside from the three meager tacos, there was nothing else except a small sprig of cilantro. No tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, onion. I would have given my first born for a bottle of hot sauce. Anything! Unfortunately, my server barely acknowledged my presence so that option wasnt available. I had such high hopes for this place but wont be returning any time soon. Ill head south for an authentic experience and a better deal.

Very authentic with a hint of sophistication. Great tacos, tostadas chilaquiles, ceviche, and sangrias! I removed a star because how overpriced they are, especially considering portion sizes. The folks who gave low reviews obviously havent been to Mexico or TX. Sour cream and cheese topped on huge portions of grounded meat is not the solution to Americas low standards. Better off at Taco Bell. Never a bad idea ordering from the specialty tacos (on their menu) or daily specials (posted separately). Ask about their sauces!

after several months of waiting and anticipating for taco bar to open am disappointed. My group order several different meals and no one was satisfied on the portion size. Its more of a appetizer or kids size meal not a lunch meal. I ordered "Tacos de Pollo a la Parrilla" the mashed beans, guacamole, and salsas are on the side in a small container. the food was okay definitely missing cilantro and some nachos to go with the meal! I was not over the moon happy with it.

In my opinion Taco Bar is as authentic as it gets, I have loved everything I have tryed so far. If you are looking for Texmex food, dont bother coming to this place, I found the service to be excellent, the kitchen is open and you can seat at the bar and watch the cook prepare your meal, all fresh ingredients, dishes made from scratch, the place is spotless and the atmosphere is great. Love it! Love it! I will be a regular at this place

The food is really delicious, and incredibly filling! Although it doesnt look like much at first, honestly halfway through I was couldnt eat another bite, regretfully. What makes this place really stand out though was the incredible service. Our server was such a delightful sweetheart, and she was such a pleasure to talk to. The atmosphere is so very friendly. Coupled with the great food, this place is an awesome experience.

Wow! Hands down best Mexican food Ive had in South Florida. Very authentic and great atmosphere! Ari was very attentive and made us feel like we were part of the family. Ill be back. Once a week, at least! Enchiladas were amazing, and were drenched in what I believe to be a homemade green tomatillo sauce. Mmmm. Topped it off with a creamy rice pudding and an espresso shot. My life will never be the same.

Extremely authentic Mexican food.... There are a few shining stars on the menu... Cream of carrot soup, outrageously good, The tacos of cochanita... Fantastic, but my favorite thing is the shrimp and cheese tacos.... Sabroso!!!!! A bit on the pricey side for Mexican food, but the staff is super friendly and the place is decorated in a very hip version of the day of the dead. Dont miss this place

Im from México City and usually dont go to Mexican restaurants abroad!!! I can see that many reviews say that they serve very small portions but thats how they serve in Mexico, if you are not satisfied you ask for more!! But all I can say its the first real Mexican restaurant Ive gone in the States!! Beautifully served, exquisite attention and magnificently decorated!! Definitely a " must " !!

Went there with a few friends. We all had the three tacos combo all three were delicious. They were so good we ended up splitting another three. :) I dont remember the name of them but the one that has the slice of avocado and the one with the brown sauce are a definite must. Also try them with the green hot sauce great flavor combo. I would go back. Nice place and the service was good also.

The service and place was nice even though its in a strip mall. Although the food wasnt very good. We got two different enchilada platters and the fish tacos. All the dishes meat was dry and lacking flavor, and the sauces werent very good in my opinion. They call it authentic mexican, so maybe I just dont like that type of Mexican. Pretty disappointed considering the good reviews on yelp

Authentic Mexican food with authentic Mexican portion sizes. If you want supersized Mexican food you can always go to Taco Bell. But if youre looking for a delicious AUTHENTIC Mexican food experience this is the place youve been searching for. All the soups and salsas are amazing and even the sangria reminds me of home. Just like my tio would make.

If you are looking for a clean and cool place to eat with some Latino ambiance, this is it!!... Reminded me of a "hole in the wall" joint in South Texas with excellent Mexican food... My next visit will be in the evening to take advantage of the Cantina... Staff was very friendly and talkative, in Spanish too for those who want to practice.

Very good food. . at first the serving sizes seemed small... But after I finished... I was happy and full... We split orders of the steak bistec and an order of carne quesadillas... We will come back if in the area again.... Our only wish list was free chips and salsa..like most restaurants we go to.

Great food! I love the open kitchen. I think it makes it unique. I had chips and Guac as an appetizer. I also ordered a Tacos al Pastor. Since it was "Taco Tuesday" I saved a 1.25. Service in eyes was not perfect or great but the was made up for it. I will definitely be back.
