Terrible attitudes at this place!!!! Good afternoon, Honestly I am kinda of disappointed in the service I received. I am watching my calories and the main reason why I choose to go to Chipotle is because you guys list the calories on your menu items, therefore I eat it for lunch, but on this instance they workers on the line we in my opinion rude!!! One, the guy working the line on the rice/ bean area gave me an attitude because I was ordering for my coworker and couldnt remember if they wanted rice in their burrito and I said no at first, but then said no wait yes rice Im sorry. The server gave me a dirty look like if he was cursing me out with his eyes. It actually made me feel quite uncomfortable and I didnt want to cuss him out, so I decided to laugh it off and continue down the line. Then last but not least, once I got to the area where they add the topping the girl who was putting the topping actually acted rude as well because I simply told her just a little little bit of sauces (due to me watching my calories and all). She looked at me like if I was ridiculous for letting her know each time, just a little bit on each item that I wanted placed in my bowl. Long story as short as I could of possibly made it is that I found this location to have employees with attitudes. As a restaurant chain the customers should be treated with respect and even if the servers think their requests are "ridiculous" as long as they are reasonable requests they shouldnt be giving attitude. This has actually put a bad taste in my mouth for this location, which is right by my job. Terrible terrible service. I work in the customer service industry and these employees should be trained to be more accommodating. Who cares if I didnt give the rice server the rice in the order he wanted me to, or if I am "ridiculous" and only want like half of the serving of chicken and a little bit of sauces and a little bit of rice. I should be happy after getting my meal, not sitting here typing this long review while my food gets cold!

I was very excited to have Chipotle open up in West Palm Beach and have enjoyed visiting and eating at your Palm Beach Lakes grill until the past two nights. I have no idea what has happened. I actually thought it was going out of business. The place looks like a pig pen in the dinning area. The outside is another disaster and the lights are all burned out. There is garbage all over the deck and the grounds including the parking lot. The ladies bathroom was so filthy, that I could only walk in and walk right out. Honestly, I could not wait to get out of there -- I only dare put the food in my mouth because I saw the kitchen was clean. Not sure what is going on but you need to clean your act, literally. I am disappointed and will not go there again. I will have to check the Palm Beach Garden location and hope that location is managed well. If you had the sanitation department come visit you, your WPB location would be shut down. Would like to know the way to get to the management at your headquarters. Your company link does not a place where to write to your management!

Great food but terrible service! I bought two bowls, paid for my meal and stayed at the register because I decided that I wanted cup of guacamole. There were no other people on the line. There was one person serving food and the person on the register left to do I dont know what. As I stood there, two other people came and the one girl that was left began serving them food. I didnt mind waiting until she was done to ask for the guacamole. But once she finished with their orders, another worker came and yet neither one of them even acknowledged me and continued serving the customer that had just come on the line. I got upset at being ignored even though I was standing there waiting for almost five minutes. Very rude! I will avoid this particular location as much as possible even though I work down the street and planned on coming here for lunch. The service sucks!!

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location specifically has no idea what theyre doing. The man in front of me ask for double meat and honestly it looked like he got less meat than anybody standing at the line. Not to mention the fact that I waited a good 15 minutes for rice and once my order was ready the cashier was too busy greeting her friends outside to realize that we had been standing at the register for about 10. I guess you could tell that everybody was irritated so she gave us free drinks.... but once I opened up my burrito bowl and took the first bite can I had ordered was completely dried out

So this is the 4th time I have come to this restaurant since I moved from Boynton Beach to West Palm Beach. Every time I come here they run out of ingredients especially guacamole. Its very disappointing that a "chain" restaurant cant keep items in stock. There is always a bunch of kids running these chains and no adult supervision in sight. You need real managers to run this one restaurant. Mind you that I am being very specific to this chain. Not all chipotles. Do a "BETTER" job!!!

Typical Chipotle. Went in ordered a burrito employee gave me a tiny amount of food and when I made a comment about it the next employee that wrapped my burrito made sure to just rip it in half thinking I didnt notice it. Its just sad how people dont take into consideration that you work for the money your using to pay for a service and food and on top of that you are eating it and its going into your body. They could care less. This place needs to evaluate its employee hire.....

food is always great. service leaves much to be desired. they dont listen well, gave me an attitude when I asked for my food to be fixed (since they didnt listen to what I asked for), gave me an attitude about a ramekin for sauce. they also took a to go order before mine for 3 different items which slowed the line to a halt. they need more staff so the ones there dont get so overwhelmed and get a bad attitude. Will probably just order to go from now on to not deal with that.

This store is always out of something but being out of lettuce which can be bought at any grocery store is pretty upsetting?! Very rude about it as well. Thought they have to follow strict franchise regulations. Will not be back. Management at the palm beach gardens as well as wellington store is way better. They are organized and employees are very nice and helpful. Corporate should stop by this store and start turning things around. Very disappointing.

I had Chipotle cater on of our group events. I had my friend pick it up. While the restaurant was busy, they had everything ready for her while she got there. She didnt even have to wait and they loaded the car for her as well. The food was still hot when it was served and our group was happy. The staff there is really nice and I come here from time to time. Im almost always greeted with a smile and great attitude. Also I enjoy my Burrito bowls!
