So this past weekend I was out shopping with a friend and we were starving. I was recently required to switch to a low cholesterol diet and eating “fast food” is nearly impossible. We didnt have much time but wanted a delicious, fresh meal that wasnt deep fried. My friend remembered this place and I thought, great a cheese fest of processed food how will I be able to find something I can eat?!? We walked in and were greeted right away by a friendly face. She asked if we’d eaten there previously, once we told her we hadnt she proceeded to tell us about some of the items and answered all of our questions. I decided on the soft tacos. Having several options for the tortilla I decided to try the whole wheat option. I ordered three tacos (the original, mero macho, and spicy tangy). Since I have dietary restrictions I asked them to be made with chicken and without cheese and sour cream. However there are many other options available (carnitas, ground beef, steak, or fish). The food came out very quickly and I was delighted by what I saw. The food looked almost as good as it tasted. The original has pico de gallo and guacamole on it and they were so fresh and added to the seasoned chicken it was simple yet wonderful! The Mero Macho had beans and a chimichurri sauce that was divine (I added some of their salsas to this one which amplified the flavors). The last taco I had was by far my favorite, the Spicy Tangy! Roasted corn, a crushed chili salsa, and a spicy delicious poblano rajas (which is a pepper sauce that was unbelievable) topped off this unique taco that was an explosion to my taste buds. I highly recommend this place, the staff was attentive without being annoying, the food sensational, and the restaurant itself was very clean and inviting. Great place to go to get some fresh, healthy “fast food”.

Absolutely disgusting. Decided to try again after a bad experience the 1st time. First of all the place was totally empty which should have been a sign. When I entered the order taker was on the phone and wouldnt even look at me. There were 3 other employees standing behind the counter who also did not acknowledge me at all, they just stood there and stared. Maybe squeeze out a smile??? Then a line began to form behind me, and the employees still just stood there. Finally she got off the phone and took my order...beef nachos and queso dip. I figured how can you mess up nachos, right? Well they were totally disgusting. Bland goopy crud on top of thin chips that became soggy by the time I got home. Theyre going in the trash now....the dog wouldnt even eat them. Pathetic l!!

I love the food here, it is not fair to say it is better than chipotle, Moes or Tijuana flats because they are all different but this certainly my favorite out if all of them. The food is fresh. The service is great because people bring you your orders and clean up after you like at Tijuana. The food is heated on a grill which is why I like it so much it all melds together when they do that. I feel full and content after eating there. The reason I gave it one less star is that on more than one occasion they have completely screwed up my whole tables order. I mean we are talking about 5 people got the entirely wrong thing. This has happened about 4-5 times so it isnt an isolated issue. Other than that, I really like the food.

love the food, used to order everyday from there while at work, great customer service and quality.... now I hate even calling because the new staff they hired, talks ridiculously fast and you get a feeling that they dont care about anything your saying which surely shows when you check your order. After everything you order they ask you are you done with your order as if they dont have a minute to talk to you when all you are trying to do is spend your money with them. Unfortunately I dont know what manager/employee changes they made to this certain one on Federal highway in downtown fort Lauderdale, but its a huge turn off now with TERRIBLE customer service.

I want it to try the place a few times before leaving a review. I found about the trough the "el show de George Harris". Staff is very friendly, the cook guy Darwin is great. The place is very modern and chill. Plenty people buy and take out but I actually stay cause it is quite relaxing and they have a happy hour deal going on from 3-7. I found it to be clean and neat. Dont forget to try the salsa bar, I didnt realized it existed till the 3rd time I came. Overall a very great experience and cant beat the prices! Recommended

I visited this place based on reviews and that is was in the area however I have to say that this place is equal or worst than Moes Southwest Grill. First of all the staff was talking and eating their lunch pizza while customers were there. Its not their job but their "fun hangout". There was no cilantro or any flavor in any of the food. It was horrible. The price isnt good because if you want chips you had to "add" and it adds up to a lot considering Moes has free unlimited chips. I was not impressed about anything.

Decent food although somewhat bland. Salsa bar is lacking in options and quality and you have to order chips. The "sit down" service at dinner is the worst. Wait staff needs to be retrained or maybe actually trained for the first time. Both times we went it was a long wait to get menus and order. Then barely got checked on and had to refill our own drinks. Another long wait to get the check, which is on an iPad, causing awkwardness when choosing how much to tip for horrible service. Will not be back.

I eat here often (once every two weeks), and they have two glaring problems. First, they have a giant automated phone system which is ridiculous for a business this size, just answer the phone. Second, they are horribly inconsistent with their food. Sometimes its some of the best tex-mex Ive had in the area, other times the meat is cold or burnt or they just blatantly give me something other than Ive ordered. I will eat here again, but I hope they improve.

There really wasn’t a lot to WOW me here. It was just decently good lunch food similar in style to Chipotle (You start with your base, then choose protein, then additions) but with more choices. I enjoyed having fish as a protein choice as well as the inclusion of a fresh salsa bar in the rear. While not Mexican home-style, the food here has tasted great. The textures were on point—veggies were crisp and the salsa tasted fresh.

I had the steak nachos, yum! Always good. Nice people good food, staff real helpful. lemon aid had a chemical taste though, kind of like cleaning fluid... The manager assured me that they have never cleaned the machines or the room where the hoses that go in the machines are. She said that she would look into it. They took the drink off my bill, Thanks! Hope I dont die.

Fast and fresh describes the food at Salsa Fiesta. We tried several different items. The salsa and guac were excellent and the chips were fresh and crispy. The burritos were well stuffed with a good amount of beef filling. The quesadillas were dripping with melted cheese. This is a really good option if you want to grab a quick, quality bite to eat.
