The girl that took my order did not use gloves after handling my money she just walked right over and put the pepperonis on my pizza with bare hands. As I started eating my pizza I noticed there was hair in my food So I called the restaurant I asked to speak with the manager the girl that took my order answer the phone wanted to know why exactly I wanted to talk to the manager what was my first and last name (creepy) so I talk to the manager told him she put the pepperonis on my pizza with bare hands no gloves and I found hair in my food he was not concerned about her touching my food with her bare hands even though she handles money all day long he said come back and Ill make it for you myself why would I want to go get more food from this place. I have went there many times over the past two years I have had numerous problems i had enough I should call the health department. You people should really think about who you hire these are the kind of people that shut businesses down.

Ordered pizza 7:30 pm called on it at 9:00 was told it was brought back because they couldnt find us. The person taking the order had the room number wrong even after giving it to her 3 times. She had the phone number wrong as well. I was told it was on the way Called back at 9:30 and was told there was an accident so that might be the problem. Called again at 10:00 and the driver told me he was just getting ready to deliver because I called and took something off the order and it had to be remade. I did not call and take anything off the order. It had to be remade because the food was over two hours old. Never did get the food.

If I could give zero I would. Worst customer service ever from a clearly juvenile manager with no apparent customer service training. Ive been ordering from there for Years. Slowly theyve deteriorated badly and last night my pizza was over two hours later, cold, I had hungry guests. When I called the manager he was everything - rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and generally the worst kind of managing - but kind. So sayonara Grande! You wont be missed. Order was the evening of February 25th and the manager conversation February 26th. As loyal customers we certainly deserved better!

Upon walking in, I would have turned around to go somewhere else but I had a groupon to use. The only thing I could think while there is if they use sanitary food prep practices. Its just the vibe the place gave off. The people were nice enough but just the presentation was not good. The dining experience is about non-existent. Nothing about the food would make me go back. Food is average, so, with nothing to offer in a dining experience, why go there?

If you order delivery, dont separate the charges. Two co-workers and I all did separate orders, coming to the same location, and they charged each of us a $2.50 delivery fee. When I called back to ask why my credit card was charged so much she explained we all got charged the delivery fee because we placed separate orders. $7.50 to deliver to the same address? Thats ridiculous!!! Not ordering from here again.

I just went there an hour ago. Dont know if I had the bad staff while everyone else had great service. I ordered and paid online. Got stuck at work so I was late going to get my food. The guy had an attitude because it took me so long to get the food I had already paid for! Customer service is everything. I give you an F!

Staff tried to charge extra for toppings they already have listed on the supreme pizza. I tried to explain to them what they have LISTED on their own menu and was just passed off to another employee to take the order. When we finally got our delivery 1 hour and 10 minutes later the pizza was cold and dry.

Stopped in because I saw the lunch special sign on the window (sub, chips, drink). Was less than 7$. Sub was Italian with everything, cold. Got my food and was stunned, thought I was going to get a cheepo version, but it was far from it. Sub was amazing. Def stopping in again.

Ive ordered from Grande Pizza co. plenty of times and their pizza is always amazing. Just everything about it is fantastic. Their garlic knots are so delicious although, I wish they didnt put them in a plastic bag. Their staff is always kind and friendly. #1 for take out.

This company took the money from my credit card and delivery the wrong order. When I called they said nothing to do it. Be carefully with this restaurant. Worst customer service. I was looking for the owner to see the kind of manager they have.

Ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Couldnt tell that there was any extra than normal. Ordered Ranch dressing and paid for it, didnt get it. Garlic bread was tough by the time it got here.
