Went once a long time ago, food was okay and wanted to try again. Went back a second time and the service was horrible. A smaller party (of 4 or 5) in front of us took our reservation (for 7) and the host/waiter lied saying that was their table after we had witnessed the other people disagree if they should take our reservation or not and sit at a table for 7 and say the others werent going to show. All in all, we will not be returning. Very unprofessional and I do not appreciate being lied to by someone who is about to serve my food.

Terrible customer service. Soda was flat. Wife ordered stuffed shells, she struggled to finish the 1 of 4. Son ate 2 bites of his spaghetti and meatballs. And I ate 3/4 of my chicken parm. Server asked if we would like Stuffed shells discounted or taking off and I said "please". Well check was thrown on table without manager or server saying ANYTHING with full price of all items. Asked server, "anything about stuffed shells?" Replied with "no". Pictures attached. Stay away from this place!

Sad. Prices are not competitive and the food is poorly made. Take your pick: Much of the food is so salty that this salt-lover can’t even eat it. Sending re-heated pizza’s for pies ordered fresh. Getting a salad made from rotten, mold-ridden lettuce. When paying top dollar, fresh, freshly-made, good-tasting food is not an unreasonable expectation. Time after time the quality gets progressively worse. Never again! Gordon Ramsey we have another candidate for your show!

The pizza was too salty and the crust tasted like cardboard. There are so many other restaurants in the area with much better pizza ... Carmines, Holy Smokes, Anthonys & Sals to name a few. Also, dining inside the restaurant is very uncomfortable. The tables are too close to each other and they seat different parties on top of each other.

Got delivery and was inedible. And people that work there are barking about giving me my money back. Waiting on the owner to call. Yeh right. Dont eat there again . Bunch of monkeys that cant make a decision. Management is keeping them under wraps. Sucks. Take my dish and shove it. My dog wont eat it

The best pizza in the dismal south florida pizza market. Prompt delivery, great sauce, good crust and the rest of the menu is top notch. Timothy is a paid agent of Dominoes pizza and wouldnt know a good pie if it was his mom. The pizza has been consistent quality since 2005.

Placed my order @7:41pm and its now 8:56pm and no food. Called and they said "sorry, they got busy and the food hasnt even left yet." Didnt offer to comp the meal or even a dessert. anything to show some customer service would have been nice. Very disappointed and hungry!!!

Horrible food and even worst service never go there .We gave them another chance last night .They messed our food up the turkey tasted old and they put stuff on the subs we didnt order. We called they dont care they should have given us or money back. Horrible

Ordered for delivery (weekly) for the last four weeks. Service and timing of delivery was excellent as was the quality of the pizza. Manager even agreed to have green olives for my wife next time (well see). I would recommend their pizza service and quality.

Very good, authentic Italian restaurant. We ended up solely getting pizzas, but they were terrific. My only complaint would be that they put a ton of Alfredo sauce on their white pizza. Other than that, very tasty and decently-priced; highly recommend!

We are in love with Buongiornos. We order from there at least once a week and the food is always scrumptious. Weve tried a variety of their menu (pizza, pasta, salad, burgers, subs) and Ive never been disappointed. They have a lifetime customer with us.
