Do not order from this restaurant. I placed an order after the lunchtime rush, and was told it would be to me within the the hour. After being called back at work to repeat my card information (simple mistake - ok) it was over 90 minutes later that I called to inquire about my order. I was told that the driver was stuck in traffic but was on his way. Ok fine, I guess. In the end, it was almost two hours before my room temperature food arrived. Upon calling the manager at the end of the work day, I was told that it is what it is and no concern was given to my call at all. If this restaurant knows about the traffic, construction, season, etc, then dont promise your customers under an hour knowing full well you cant possibly make that happen. Two hours for a calzone and $24 later (including a delivery fee and tip), I informed the manager that I would not order from them again. Again, no sweat off his brow.

An hour ago I picked up my first pizza from Ats. I can honestly say it was the worst value I have ever spent for pizza. I ordered a wheat crust with beef and jalepenos and didnt get nearly what I expected. My pie probably had 6 slices of canned peppers (i had to add jalepenos when I got home) and the wheat crust tasted like cardboard. Whats worse is this pizza was $21.99 for a medium!! What a rip off. NEVER EVER EVER will I order from this place again. Buyer beware.... I could get three pizzas from the grocery that would be higher quality than Ats.

ZERO STARS !!! The new owners of this place are ridiculous . This place is horrible , theres roaches crawling all over the food when uncooked & around the utensils . very unsanitary I would NEVER eat there . they throw away garbage with bare hands & then cook the food with out washing there hands nor where any gloves . theyre constantly cursing about everything SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL ... I miss the old owners , if youve eaten there I feel bad for you please dont ... For your own well being . if no one believes me trust me go take a look at it for yourselfs

I ordered from these idiots through Grubhub. The order was clearly marked with my location (a bar I was at, and not my home) they still delivered it to my home instead. Grubhub called them, and apparently the people that work there have the collective intellect of a mentally challenged slug. Gigantic waste of money, and I"m incredibly sorry that I tipped on credit card when ordering, because the moron that brought it to the wrong place deserved NOTHING.

Called this place which is 3.8 miles away to see if they would deliver. They said yes after giving them our address. Then after paying and waiting a good while I recieve a phone call saying they dont deliver and would like to meet halfway. So much for making good on a mistake they made. Refunded our money, but what an obnoxious roundabout. Not the first annoying situation with this place.

Were do I even begin, the napkins filled with mini roaches. The utensils not properly clean. The cooks dont wash there hands or wear gloves. A bug in my cup. The most unsanitary place I have ever been to will never go again , health inspectors really need to visit this place and should be closed down. If I can give it 0 stars i would.

The food is delicious. I love that they have gluten free on their menu. I have tried a varity of their pizzas and dishes and they are all served with a smile. The owner came over to our table to see how things were, he was very friendly. It is a great Italian restaurant and I highly recommend it.

Food is your typical NY ITALIAN fare. Reommend veal marshal and chicken parmigiana. Calzones are awesome. Service impeccable and food arrives prior to time. Get extra garlic on the roles and Cesar and capresse are awesome. From one one NY to another benvenuto. I order 3x a week. Delcious

Great pizza but we had a bad delivery experience. The guy couldnt find our house and it almost took over an hour for a pizza to arrive. It was crazy.
