I have ordered from here a few times... Never really happy with the food or customer service.... This time takes the cake. Call there and they have a family pack. I wanted to swap one of the items for Xtra of something else in the family pack because i am allergic to one of the items. She tells me no if you want the pack you get it how it comes. Thought it was rude seeing as how Im allergic not that I just dont like it. Then tell her I want to add extra egg rolls to the order. It says it comes 2 egg rolls for $2.25. She starts yelling at me telling me thats not how it is. I need to order right. Ummmmm.... ordering how your menu says lady. Then I tell her I will be going somewhere else because I dont like her customer service. Then she hangs up on me. I call back saying Id like to speak to a manager. She says there isnt one there. I say Im sure there is a higher up then you there. Nope she was the owner. Omg.... Never getting my money ever again!!!##

Me and Mom ordered from here tonight. The person that took our order DIDNT include my moms cream cheese wantons and refused to acknowledge the mistake and told my mom that the ONLY way she would get WHAT SHE ORDERED was if she paid almost $6 for something that she ORDERED. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NOR EAT HERE EVER AGAIN DESPITE DOING SO FOR 12+ YEARS!! Anyone that wants food like this is better off going to ANY OTHER CHINESE PLACE INSTEAD OF THIS ONE OR GETTING IT FROM DOLLAR STORES/ETC AND MAKING IT THEMSELVES. ITS STUPID AND PATHETIC TO REFUSE TO ACKNOWLEDGE A SIMPLE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART WHEN THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE THEIR BREAD AND BUTTER/ETC HOWEVER YOU WANT TO WORD THAT IF IT WASNT FOR CUSTOMERS THEY WOULDNT BE IN BUSINESS BECAUSE ITS THE TRUTH AND IN THEIR LINE OF WORK THE WAY TO KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK,HAPPY,AND POSSIBLY BRING IN NEW CUSTOMERS IS THE VERY SAYING OF THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!!!!

Ordered our food @ 7:12 they said it would be about an hour and that was fine. An hour passes our food isnt here I call up and they said the driver got in an accident. That the other driver would be there soon. Another 30 mins pass and I call again well this time that person had car problems. A new girl was on her way with my food it arrived 20 mins later! I call and a lady answers and I asked tell her whats going on she says Ill give u a discount next time you order. I wont be ordering again so she offers a $4 discount on a $28 order that took 2 hrs to get! Will never order from this place again!

Lady in there extremely rude.. we try to call and order and she was yelling at my son on the phone and I took the phone to give her the order, than she hang up the phone on me. I was on my way to pick up what I wanted so I stop at the store because they would not answer the phone and I saw her hang up the phone again without talking. Last place to go to if you want to receive a good customer service. Last time I order the order was incorrect and missing my fries.

This place is a joke! Do NOT order from this restaurant. The food is horrible, worst customer service and the delivery time is ridiculous. I called after the "food" was delivered because a item was missing and the lady argued with me that I didnt order the cashew chicken. The food that was brought to us was cold, burnt, and clearly old oil is being used. Dont even bother wasting your time or money with this place and make the drive to China 8.

Worst customer service ever. The lady didnt understand me I guess but she repeated the order back to me the way I wanted and when the food was delivered she forgot my meal. I called to explain the situation and the lady said too bad I would have to order the minimum of $10 to get my food here. Ridiculous! Also the food was old and the egg rolls taste like dirty dish water. Yuck! Wont ever order from them again!!!

This place is terrible. Worst customer service. I ordered chicken wings and get legs instead. The girl keep yelling at me instead of her to shut up and listen. She needs to learn the difference between wings and legs. Worst of worst. Never again will I order anything from here. Cant believe she tell me to shut up when I try to explain to her what I want. I thought she was about to slap me.

Delivery driver in a green Chevy Malibu almost nailed me while I was walking to the mailbox. I called to complain and they said "sowwy, no derivery driver here." Wrong. I asked my neighbor, 2 minutes after his delivery, where he had ordered food from. China Wok, Eustis. I told my neighbor that he almost nailed me and he said, "yeah, he seemed a egg rolls short of a #1 combo." Hahaha

Very rude on phone placed order and they said it would be an hour well its been over an hour an a half and I called to see how much longer and they hung up on me all the said is driver is on his way. Will never order food from here again. Boycott this place. They need to go outta business look at all the bad reviews!!!!!

Very rude lady took my order for delivery. She kept misunderstanding my question about a combo platter. And then could not understand my credit card number over the phone. Almost told her to cancel my order. Very slow delivery. Terrible tasting food. Worth a try.... Definitely will not order from there again !!!!

Foods good, but woman in the front is freaking rude we asked for 4 chopstick and she yells FOUR!! Like she was attached to the damn stick. I Will not go back to give our hard earned money to a rude obnoxious person like that. No manners, no respect for customers oh well there many other Chinese restaurants around.

If I could have rated a zero...I would have! Worst customer service...everything burnt!! Egg rolls and wings. Called back and they tried to tell me it cant be burnt because it is fresh. Never had Chinese worse then thus! Hirrible. Wish I would have read the reviews first! Lost our business.

Decent food for a buffet. Not the best Cineese food ever, but pretty good. A great place to satisfy the munchies. Staff are very nice.
