Customer service was good, but food on the other hand was typical. The place looked ok, seems like they could use some new furniture and carpeting looks old. The employees definitely need to smile more lol only reason being is because the place seemed a bit dead. The food with sauce for ex. Gen. Cao chicken was very dry like its been sitting there for acouple hours. The fried rice tasted like they just threw a little bit of salt and a whole bunch of Indian curry seasoning into it. The fruits were bad! I always finish up by eating a plate of fruits, but I left without even trying. I took three pieces of cantaloupe, and all sudden I could smell sourness and I wondered where it was coming from. The cantaloupe smelled spoiled! I didnt even eat it. I dont know how this place is still running. What bothered me alot was the workers in the back kept looking at my girl. Theyd all look when she went to go grab food. Thats a big no no if youre working there. Suggestions for the owner: get chefs that knows how to cook more authentic chinese buffet style food, tell your workers to keep track of the hot foods, dont let your employees stalk the customers like its a strip joint.

The food was horrible. Very unappetizing. The orange soda tasted like soapy water, the sushi tasted like its been refridgerated and then reheated for serving, the general tsos chicken was stale, the lettuce for salad was wilted...it might have costed 12.99 for "all you can eat", but ironically enough...I couldnt even finish my first plate! Our bill ended up being over $100.00 dollars for a party of 8 people (5 adult prices and 3 kid prices) who couldnt get through their first plate of food! We made an official complaint about the quality of food to the restaurant manager who did not seem to care at all.....so as long as we were still paying was what mattered to him! Please DO NOT waste your time or money on this establishment!!!! Horrible horrible horrible food not equipped for human or animal consumption!

Terrible food. Had a weird taste. Almost like it had been sitting in dirty dish water. Sushi was all rice and seaweed wrap and they only had 3 kinds. Very little selection for the rest of the buffet. They only had 2 dessert items and only one bar of salad and sushi and one bar of Chinese food. And not once did anyone ask me if I was ok. The server didnt even tell me his name. The serving staff were sitting in booths with their heads buried in their phones. They were too busy to notice any customers. I could have walked out with out paying. Save your $7 and go somewhere else! I would have been better off going to McDonalds.

Horrible. Huid! Muy caro. Y mala comida. Las frutas del postre vencidas. Nos duele la barriga. A mi hija de 5 le cobraron. A mi hijo de 10 cobraron como adulto. Comimos poco y mal. 50 dolares. Qué desastre. Tantos lugares para comer y caimos ahi. Friday te cobran igual de caro pero comés bien.

Wir hatten das Buffet zum Mittagessen für 6.99$ plus Getränke. Auswahl war für mich ausreichend. Man kann zwischen verschiedenen Salaten,Dessert und warmen Speisen wählen. Gesmacklich für mich top und mal etwas anderes außer Burger und Co. Günstiger kann man kaum zu Mittag essen.

I had eaten many chinese buffets food over many years but this one is the yuckiest!!! Its like it has no kind of taste at all and I just love chinese buffet food!!! They have the nerve to charge $7.00 for lunch and what worst is the dinner at $13.00 for dinner!!! The only real good thing if you stay at the Continental Plaza is that it very close to the restaurant and you could save some gas and if you eat a lot of chinese food like I do and you just walk a short distance to your room and just go to your bed and just past out like I did!!!

What can I say? This place personifies every bad stereotype about bad Asian buffets. Over-priced. Soggy food with below average selection. Poor servers providing poor service. The worst part: Why do buffet restaurants with steam tables not understand the importance of running the air conditioning. I like steam baths...but not while Im eating. Drive over to Ichiban on Hwy 192 & Poinciana Rd, or hop on the 429, up to Colonial Drive, and go to Crazy Buffet. The food is better, theres a better selection, and the prices are reasonable.

I wish i could give zero stars but whatever they had there chicken to greased there food was nasty Servers were nice. Dont ever come here this is worst chinese place. Even if you go to golden corral they have way better food. Even if you find a flaming grill it is way better than this. They dont even have good ice cream It was very hard. They dont even have a good desert bar or salad. Prices were expensive. They have no specials. Please dont come worst ever this is a shame

I went to this restaurant because I was on vacation. The food wasnt good at all. The fried chicken was very dry and the hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour, it was just salty. The staff were ok. They all stood in the corner and were talking in another language. They were staring at me when ever I got up to get food. I felt very uncomfortable around them and all I heard from them was "may I take your plate?". Dont waste your money here, its not worth it.

Muy económico, comidas variadas de cocina china, ensaladas, sopas, carnes, vegetales, postres, helados...café y refrescos. Agradable ambiente y sabores ricos. X 7$. Solidario.

I honestly dont understand all the negative reviews. We had the buffet, around 8 or 9 pm on a Sunday, and everything was delicious. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. They have crab legs on the buffet, and they were great. Food was all hot and fresh despite the time of day and number of other patrons. Ill be going back, and if anything changes, Ill be sure to update this.

No es un buen lugar para ir no lo recomiendo .El lugar no es muy aseado y el buffet en la hora de almuerzo es bastante malo. El servicio amable pero tanto el local como la comida PESIMO !!!

Worst! Worst! and Worst!!! Date: September. 4th. 2011. Sunday. 9pm. Please do not even think to go this worst chinese cusine place ever. Diner $13 / adult.+ Drink $2 + Tax + Tip. Totally rip off. Food is like all salty- or too much bad oily fried chips. Not many choices neither. Menu were like less than 12 choices include dessert. Just go "Apple Bee" is much cheaper and nicer.

Wow.... I didnt know you could make Chinese food taste this bad. They even screwed up the chow mein! It had a burnt/chemical taste to it... Cost $13 per person for dinner... I wouldnt pay $2 for this food. I just got back from this place and Im praying my stomach doesnt eject it all. The only redeeming factor was the ice cream... the fortune cookie wasnt bad either...

The parking lot was empty, which should have been an indication that it was going to be terrible. The food had been out for a while as everything was dry and gross. They didnt care that it was gross and that we couldnt eat anything. I wouldnt go there again and Id advise anyone thinking about going to find something different as I can guarantee you wont enjoy it.
