The most unprofessional experience I have had in Cleveland. Ordered for delivery and was told it would take about an hour. 1 hour and 40 minutes later still no food. When I called to request an amount of time they told me that they would refund my money. When I asked what had happened they began yelling at me and hung up. I called back to ask if they were still going to attempt to deliver my food and the worker yelled that they would refund my money and hung up again. Previously I was never called to say whether my food had arrived or that it would not be delivered. I was shocked and surprised by how they handled all sides of the situation. Very unprofessional and very rude. Disappointed that I was not able to find my place for Chinese delivery or take out in Cleveland. Any recommendations?

Quite possibly the worst Chinese food Ive ever ordered. First, we only ordered TWO orange chicken combos, which equaled about $16, yet we wound up paying almost $26. The chicken was far from fresh and EXTREMELY rubbery, and was clearly sitting out for hours. Egg rolls had a strong taste of cinnamon, and the crab rangoon tasted TERRIBLE -- one bite, then straight to the trash it went! And when the delivery person came, he handed me my food -without making eye contact- then ran off back to his car before I could even give him his tip. It was a warm, clear night so I have NO clue as to why he was in such a rush to get to his car. Definitely not ordering from here again.

They are so rude when you call in to place an order. I had to hang up the phone because i almost told that lady something. They food is never cooked right. And they drowns they sesame chicken in sauce. They better be lucky tower city wasnt close to me. Tower city is wayyy better than these direspectful non cookers! And heres a little tip: stop drowning yo sesame chicken it taste like a whole bottle of spicy barbecue sauce. Learn to cook before disrespecting customers! Nasty ass food!

I originally ordered and the total was $18.50, I was charged $20.50 and didnt have an extra fifty cents so a worker let it slide. I called the location and , a worker just started yelling at us , she couldnt just normally tell us that it was an extra $2.00 because of the distance apart? And the food wasnt great either, but the point is is that it should CLEARLY SAY how much the total is including the distances apart. Bad customer service ISNT gonna get you more costumers!

First time I asked for no mushrooms due to allergies and the lady asked if I could just pick them out. Second time found a long hair in my food throw it out and tell them and the lady gets an attitude with me about throwing the food away in exchange to make a new one. Not to mention the delivery guy opened my door into my house before knocking.dont go here!!! Very unprofessional and clearly unsanitary.

I ordered my food and an hour and a half later, it had not been delivered. I called the restaurant and they told me they are busy so are not delivering my food. They did not call me to tell me to make alternate plans or to apologize, I had to call THEM for them to tell me that they had cancelled my order 30 minutes ago. Are you serious? Never again.

Always a hit and miss with them. Its a gamble between best chinese food or the worst. And they seem to be very flawed with details. 10% of the time your eggrolls edible the other 90% it tastes spoiled or is dripping of oil. To add it all together the delivery driver hands over your food with a horrible odor of Cigarettes....very unappetizing.

OKAY THIS B CRAYYY. So my girl loves Chinese food and went to get some. She wanted plain old chicken and rice. Her usual fam. THIS BROKEN ASS ENGLISH WOMAN SAID IT WAS 33 BONES. My girl said "I ordered rice tho" and the Asian siti shouted at my boo "NO EXA WIF SHIM WICE". She finessed my girl this is not allowed.

Very good for American Chinese food. Their sesame chicken is awsome, not that horribly overly sweet that makes most Chinese food chickens all taste exactly the same. And its not overly breaded either, just right. And their egg drop soup isnt too salty either. Loved it, gonna order from them from now on.

This is my favorite carry out Chinese food place. Whenever I order, the owner recognizes me and double-checks to see if I want my food extra spicy! The food is prepared fast, fresh and tasty! Another plus - being able to order online and getting the food delivered.

Placed order off grubhub. General Tsos Chicken was old, rubbery and had a fishy taste. The guy didnt make eye contact and ran off. We wont be ordering again from here. Egg rolls were double fried and sent to us. Spent too much for horrible service!!!
