Worst customer and delivery service!!!!! I called to order food and the woman that answered was just so impatient. Not only was I not able a thing she was saying and she was just so irritated. Ordered 21 dollars worth of food and she said it would take 40 minutes. She didnt ask how I was going to pay, she just hung up. An hour later the delivery man showed up and I opened, gave him my card. He was so mad and told me that I should have paid over the phone. I told she did not ask and I grabbed my phone to call to make he payment. He turned around and placed the food on the floor. I was so upset and asked why would you put the bag of food on the floor, he took it back to his car. They woman answered and took the payment. The man came back and I said its paid, he said tell her to call me. I was very upset but I still managed to call her back and told her to call him. She never called and he decided to call her. He then came to my door and gave me a piece of paper to sign. I said I dont have a pen, he told me to go to his car, mind you I have only socks on. I said no Im not going outside. I already paid for the food and you have debited my card so give me the food. He turned around and took the food back to the car and I closed my door. Called the restaurant and told them to put back my money to my card and she told me "if you want money back come to the restaurant." Smh

I ordered orange chicken, vegetable fried rice, egg drop soup and an egg roll. How does one mess up egg drop soup and fried rice so badly? Im not even sure my orange chicken was actually chicken... oppose to road kill. I didnt even try the egg roll, I threw my food away after a few bites (I tried to give it a chance... I shouldnt have), I went my 12 hour shift without eating and not feeling well after Dragon Palace. I want my $10 back.

Still a great place to eat if you need to save a buck. Not as tastey as Tokyo Sushi near Bells outlet mall. But it really hits the spot for you when you wanna order something and have it sent to your house. The people there arent super nice, but thats besides the point when there food is this good.

They charged my card and said they never received the order online. Cashier refused to give me her name and said there was no manager on duty. I thought Id try them. Will be ordering from Schezuan in the future. Total ripoff and horrible customer service.

The worst Chinese food Ive ever eaten nasty crispy honey garlic fried in rancid grease So so gross....brown gravy with vegetables was sour.... Not fit to eat... Girl taking the order was a FN idiot.... NeVER Again..... Ugh.... Gross

Im a regular here. Very good food. Ingredients are fresh. Veggies are always cooked perfectly. I usually get chicken (or shrimp) and steamed vegetables or chicken curry.

Like Most Chinese restaurants, service is terrible. Customer service is non-existent. But the food is good and this place looks clean. No cats.
