Im very disappointed with the customer service. The food is good, its the only fast food Ill actually eat, but the wait is so long. employees are rude and have no people skills. We went on a Tuesday night around 7:30 and ordered three blizzards inside. they were busy, so after about 15 minutes of waiting, we went to the counter to find out whats going on. the girl was a rude, said "were busy will get to you as soon as we can!" after another 5 minutes we requested a refund so we can leave, she told us wed have to wait for that too. 30 minutes in our blizzards were set on the counter. No apology no offer of a refund just thrown onto the counter and walked away. They werent even worth the wait because it was vanilla ice cream on the bottom with just some toppings sprinkled on the top. I called the store when we return home to speak to a manager but was left on hold for over 7 minutes so I called corporate and here we are 30 days later and I still have not even received a call with an apology. Drive the extra 5 minutes if you really want Dairy Queen and go to the one in the mall.

Although its only been open for about a month, Ive gone here probably 10 times. Overall, theyre not very quick. I spent over 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru on one occasion. On two occasions we were missing items that we paid for. My fault for not checking before we left. Theyre pretty skimpy on some things, namely onion rings and gravy. We ordered an extra gravy cup for our chicken strips, and there was so little gravy in both cups when you combined them it didnt even make a full cup. Disappointing to say the least. I usually have to order 2 orders of onion rings to get my fill because an order usually only comes with 4-5 rings. Its not all bad, though which is why I give it 3 stars. The food tastes incredible and the blizzards are off the chain. Well probably still go every now and then but things need to change if management wants to make this Dairy Queen their "go to" fast food restaurant.

Have never had a problem. The staff are great. The food here is made to order, unlike other places that have patties siting in drawers and so it takes more time for certain orders. The crispy chicken can take 20 minutes, but its worth it, nice a crispy. The building is smaller so the space is tight. But if your looking for fast go through the drive through, if you want to sit down the seats are limited. If you dont have the patients for sit down restaurant like food then DQ isnt for you. Food is always hot, the building is always clean, the prices though a little high are worth it. Will never stop going to this place unless Im dead.

Three times we were given our orders with little to no toppings or candy. If you pay $5 for a large salted caramel truffle blizzard you expected there to be at least a small amount of the candies. This last time there was NONE! We ordered 7 items, 4 of which were blizzards. Every thing we ordered was horribly made with barely any of the cookie, candies, fruit, or toppings. If you are going to rip off your customers then soon you will have none! My whole family will not be returning!!! To all who come here be warned we took back an order and there was a nasty bubbly sputum on the top of one of the blizzards.

The ice cream and treats have been very good. However with that being said the service is poor and very inconsistent. They charge you the wrong items and you have to double and triple check your orders and your actual receipts. Some workers are aware of the long tradition of free puppy cups and others just look at you as if you asked for a million dollars. Dont know if this is a training mishap but it has really made my family and I not want to return to this location. Hope they fix these problems soon.

Its probably better through drive through but I watched this poor guy mess up 3 peoples orders in a row multiple times. They were given free fries to compensate and able to keep the food that was delivered wrongly. He couldnt have been more than 17 and super nervous/flustered. Food was OK, reminded me of high school concessions for that nostalgia feel. Ice cream cake was amazing. Dining area was small which isnt good for kids + ice cream.

Had the $6 lunch special. 3 chicken tenders meal and a strawberry royal cheesecake Blizzard. The Blizzard was full of cheesecake and strawberry. Some places skimp. This was really good! Only small issue was asked for extra gravy and the second one was barely half full. Everything else was fine.

This DQ has recently undergone a revitalization by management. They now offer a variety of "Managers Specials" that vary from daily lunch selections to promotional $0.99 hamburger/hot dog nights. Service has improved tremendously and the interior has been renovated and refurbished.

Horrible experience. Ordered Flame Thrower without bacon and fries. Fries sat under heat lamp for 7 minutes before the burger was ready. Burger had a terrible taste. Became sick later. Only a bunch of kids running place. Will never go back and certainly wont recommend it.

Joe and Courtney need to order enough supplies for their franchise. Dont advertise what you dont have. Staff lacking knowledge of whats on menu and stated "we can make something like that". Really step up and manage or sell the franchise, will not be coming back

James definitely deserves a raise!! Was polite and professional and pleasantly willing to help. If I owned a business he is exactly the type of employee I would want to hire. The food was made quickly and tasted great

They do not have the sauce to make something they offer on the menu and they do not add peanut butter to a smoothie like the DQ in Oldsmar. How pathetic. I will never return to this Dunedin location.

If you want the DQ shake then this is the place to go but as far as fast food I dont think its that good I couldnt eat my chicken strips they were very dry.

This place has some issues, save yourself from food poisoning and do not get the pulled pork especially if you wait 20 minutes for it (WTF?)

I didnt like anything to do with the grill been there two times and both times they could not follow basic instruction..will not go back.
