The place was in complete disarray. The lighting outside did not work. The drive-thru was closed because none of the speakers or outside drive-thru equipment was functional. The inside Lobby was flooded with water apparently because of plumbing problems and or a leaky roof. The cook did not come to work so the general manager saw fit to Simply leave the store in the hands of 3 poorly trained new employees. They were incredibly polite and eager to help each customer although they had no clue how to prepare the food or do much else. This place is a incredibly poor excuse for any business let alone a place that is part of a national chain. I will be contacting a manager, a owner or anyone that may actually give a damn to get refund. When it comes to the order comma the fries are cold the hush puppies were hard as a rock in fact everything was absolutely horrible and nothing was fresh. I am sure the coleslaw would have been fresh had it not been forgotten buy the new staff. Dont waste your time or your money at this place.

My husband was at this A&W last week. This is what he had to say about it: -- the place was filthy -- floor was sticky -- tables all dirty -- they were not busy, only he and another person were there -- and.... THEY HAD RUN OUT OF ROOT BEER!!!!!!! He used to go here all the time and liked it - says it has totally gone down hill over the last year.

Food was awful. Insanely greasy, slower than molasses in January, and with every bite I knew that a slow and pain death by toilet was awaiting me later in the day. If you want to make a highly regrettable a decision... I would definitely recommend eating here. Otherwise spare your backdoor the punishment and opt for literally anywhere else.

The cleanliness of this location is poor. When you walk in the door and only see one table occupied, you would expect yo see the other tables to be reasonably clean. It is not the case with this location. Floor and mens bathroom need work too. Family states the food is reasonably good.

HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! Tried the food there for the first time and it was absolutely disgusting! I wasnt the only one who thought so either! I was with two other friends who got completely different meals then what I did and they said the same thing that it was horrible!

I give it three stars because I miss having one where I grew up, but this location has definitely seen better days. My last visit here took 10 minutes for me, as the only car in drive-thru, to get two root beer floats.

Sad, sad, sad. What a joke. Out of one side so I select a different side. Wait patiently, get my meal, No side. Charged me for it too. Coneys taste like absolute dog food. Not the a & w i hoped!

I love this place tremendously and the employees are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always on top of things. If your orders wrong they have no problem with fixing it.

First time here and it was dirty in lobby area burgers extra greasy, they didnt have tomatoes nor lettuce for burgers. However rootbeer float was the best
