Just just awful! On our way back from Tampa Saturday night at 11:40 we exited I-4 to get a milkshake. McDonalds across the street was closed for remodeling? So we go to BK. Pull up to the drivethrough and there are 2 cars in each lane of the double drive through. Ok, nevertheless we really want a shake so we stay. Before too long we are blocked in by the MANY cars behind us and NO ONE is advancing. Well were already into it for 10 minutes wasted so we stay in line. By the time we order (fast easy order right?), weve invested 15 +minutes in this. Mind you, we could be over halfway home to Winter Haven now or up the road 4 miles to an exit with more choices. So by now people are pulling out of line behind us but weve ordered so we wait and wait and wait... We finally get to the window half an hour after we stopped and she takes our money (after we tell her the car in front of us left without their order). THE MILKSHAKES WERE MELTED! But she already had my money and all we get is a trite "sorry about that". NO OFFER TO REFUND MONEY OR MAKE A FRESH SHAKE. By now its 12:10 and we are so tired and mad we just left. I mean Really! Who makes a shake with that many cars when youre that slow and leaves it sitting for at least 15-20 minutes?! I will NEVER go to any BK again, esp not that one!

This Burger King is right around the corner from my house so it is very convenient, however that is the only upside to this location. I have a weakness for soft serve ice cream and this is where I go to get it. On the last three occasions I have pulled up to the drive thru and sat for 5 minutes at a time with no one even coming to the speaker and last night was the last time. I was the only person not only in the drive thru but in the parking lot and I sat and waited for about 4-5 minutes and another car came to the other speaker and was taken before me. Then when they finally took my order I got "Im sorry I forgot you were there". I asked for a manager who in turn said Im sorry that happened. Dont apologize if you dont mean it, and honestly you must not it has happened three times. Hire someone who wants the job and will pay attention to your customers. I have to say when I got my cone of which I still paid for it was half the size as normal and melting because while I was complaining about the service they were just holding it I guess. No worries Burger King, I will find someone who not only wants to take my money but will give me decent service while taking it.

So we just left this place. We decided to try their crispy chicken sandwich. Finally getting to eat. We sit down, at a clean table, fries were fresh. I was still doctoring my sandwich with different sauces. My husband was so excited to finally get to eat. He took his first bite.. he noticed something as he was chewing but didnt think too hard about it. So he takes a second bite.. he bites RAW CHICKEN!!!!!!!!! Immediately lost our appetite and he went straight to the bathroom because he was grossed out. I was upset, immediately brought it to the night mangers attention, she asked what was wrong, so I politely told her that we would like a refund because we dont enjoy eating raw chicken. She didnt apologize nor did she show any type of empathy in the situation. She refunded our money and we left. We will never eat here again.

I recently went to this Burger King and no one else was in line and hardly anyone was inside, yet it took 30+ minutes to order and receive my food. When I got my receipt I realized that the cashier ripped me off 3 dollars. I went to talk to someone about it, but the same cashier started arguing with me, calling me stupid and ignorant. She kept telling me I was wrong and then proceeded to yell at me that she was going to sue me for harassment. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Burger King, If you can avoid this one then please do at all costs! The service is extremely slow and the people working there are disgusting, vulgar, and should not be working in this business.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever ate at. There were only two people in line ahead of us and it took almost 25 minutes to take our order. The cashier kept walking off and doing other stuff and made us wait at least ten more minutes after we were next to order. The bulk ketchup tub was empty and so was the packs tub they had put out. All the trash cans were full and there was garbage on the floor around them. The employees were standing around and chatting instead of helping each other get the customers taken care of. It was not really all that busy, just lousy service and attitude.

This is without doubt the worst BK Ive ever been to.In fact,I havent been to ANY BK since I went here. We had buy one get one free coupons and ordered 2 Whoppers. They were absolutely disgusting.I dont know what the problem was,after emailing the company no one ever bothered to get back to me to talk about it. But I think the sandwiches had been forgotten in the steamer and left in there God knows how long.I sure dont. Out of the 2 total,about 1/8 of 1 was eaten,the rest went in the trash. I wouldnt even give them to our dogs. Go ANYWHERE else.

Not busy at all, but had to wait before they took our order and waited another 10 minutes at the drive thru window. They said they were out of just about everything. First they didnt have something that was on their menu. Then they were out of sweet tea, then out of childs cookies. Food wasnt all that great either.

Worst drive thru in the area, never get my order right, and never give any dipping sauce when I order onion rings, Ive learned to order my sandwich different then what they make them, cause if not, I end up with some dried out meateror thats been sitting under the heat lamp for ever.

Employees and managers are EXTREMELY rude and argumentative over miniscule things like how they didnt give me enough change back and I had to bust out a calculator to shut the rude manager up when she saw I was right. FIRE THEM AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO COUNT

Usually they give me a cup for drinks first so I can get drinks while waiting for food. But she forgot. Even food ready she didnt give me a cup. So I have to ask for it. They are chatting together. Not so busy. My friends burger was raw and still bleeding.

Didnt take our order in the drive thru, completely ignored us and continued to help cars in the other line. Our side wasnt broken as cars in front of us ordered. McDonalds across the street took our order quickly and we were on our way.
