At first my experience was less than ideal and I was rather ticked off. I ordered my pizza online at around 1:30pm and it said it would be delivered by around 2:30pm. I thought it was kind of a long wait for it being a Thursday after lunch, but we were hanging out by the pool, so we were fine with waiting a little while. I ended up called the Zephyrhills location after my pizza was due and was told they never got the order. I cant remember his name, but the guy on the phone was very helpful and got a hold of some sort of customer support (at least thats what I think it was). They told him they cancelled my order after they tried calling me three times (which they never called me at all). They said they didnt deliver to my address, I guess. Which is weird, because Ive ordered online a few other times before. But the guy I was on the phone with told them that they do deliver where we were. Whoever he was talking to wasnt helpful at all and made it seem like it was my fault that the order got cancelled. Anyway, whoever was on the online ordering end of things really messed everything up. I was hangry, my kid was hangry, and we had no lunch and it was after 2:30pm! Haha. So the person I was on the phone with helped us get our lunch. He went above and beyond to help us. Then what made it even better is when our food got delivered! Ive never been more happy and excited to see someone carrying a pizza! I cant remember the delivery guys name, either! Im sorry! But he told me that he accidentally forgot my 2 liter of soda, so he stopped by Publix and bought one! Who does that!? I was so impressed and happy! If either of you ever see this, I appreciate what you did for my family! Thank you so much! I will definitely order from this location again!

First off, the manager Derek has a very bad attitude and unpleasant disposition. When I went there tonight to order a pizza, he did not even acknowledge that I had walked in. When he finally gave me his attention, he was very disrespectful in his tone and words, raising his voice as he walked away while I was still trying to speak with him. I asked about speaking with the owner, he rudely pointed out the owners number with no offer to reconcile the issue of simply getting service in a timely manner. I am currently waiting to hear back from the owner. So, the end result was no pizza, the worst service Ive ever had, and lousy customer service. Think twice about visiting this establishment. You may get the same lack of service I did.

This place is a filthy disgusting dump. Theres no way it could pass a health inspection. The staff looks as if they are all homeless. I wanted to watch the Bucs game while there and was told they didnt have a remote control and the one TV that was on could not be changed. They had at least three TVs that I could see and none of them worked! Wanted a medium pan with stuffed crust and was told that was only available in the large size. For all of this aggravation I get a bill for almost $16.00! What a deal! Dont know how this place stays open. I wont be back.

Ordered a large pepperoni 20% off. It was delicious. They did a excellent job. I wish the online website would allow you to pay with your debit/credit card but its no big deal to swipe a card in the store and thats all cooperate setup anyways. The time before yesterday I order two large pepperonis with stuffed crust and drizzel sauce it was also excellent then to. Someone working there named Nikki was of great help in the store and very polite. Im ordering another pizza in just a minute! Good stuff.

This place sucks........ Ive ordered from here a few times they keep messing up my orders and then last night apparently the online order went down they took my money then, tell me that Id get my order at 10:30 this morning. Ok so know its 12:30 pm still no food. I called to talk to a manager an he said that my food went out but it didnt. He said that the house they went to no one ordered there. Then he said no order went thru. They need to get their Crap together. so Im out my money and food.

Its obvious they will be closing this Pizza Hut down like most of the others. Nothing has been fixed or repaired in ages. The place is dirty, and the male employees we saw outside looked like they needed a bath. I was leery but we decided to go inside and see if it looked any cleaner. The front door glass was disgusting and obviously hadnt been cleaned forever, so we never even went inside. It was bad the last time we went there but its worse now.

I waited over 1/2 hour after being told 15 to 20 min. Then the employee took the pizzas out of the warmer and said they jist came out of the oven. The manager looked at the pizzas and said they looked hot to him !!! Im now at home eating cold pizza for $22.00. They used to be OK but the service has gotten progressively worse. Its as if they have no management. ... They just lost a customer.

For a pizza hut this was normal not the best. The old time filling is getting a bit old and the booths and the chairs need to be replaced. Along with lights and many other things. Have waited in long lines before and sometimes very short and fast lines. The place is OK if you want a pizza at 11pm and nothing else is open

I order from this Pizza Hut all the time. The workers are very friendly and happy to help save me a buck or two. My food is always hot & fresh. As for the review from Ambyr, Your unfavorable evaluation of your coworkers and place you were employed as a Manager is a reflection of your leadership abilities....disgruntled??

I wish they actually saw their reviews. Worst location ever. The employees and their customer service is horrendous. The "manager" has a disgusting attitude. Im so sick of this place that Im ok driving an extra few miles to other locations.

Been ordering here for ever..name address snd number in the computer..but..OMG THEY CANCEL MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY CANT FIND ME! the last time they took it to another town.! Stop with the idiots! 30.00 bucks plus tip GONE! NEVER AGAIN!

This is the best pizza hut in the area. My husband and I drive nearly 30 minutes each way in traffic to get here. I wouldnt say its the cleanest pizza hut, but the food is always on point and the customer service is amazing.

Other Pizza Huts have gotten heavy greasy taste feels like rock in stomach after 2 pieces. Not this one they take pride in theyre pizza from cook to cashier, this place is a Gem! Great Work!

I had to wait 45 minutes past the time my food was to arrive and I got my food cold. I am very angry with them, I tried to get a hold of them but they dont have an updated number.
