We had friends visiting from Arizona and after raving about Flipside the six of us decided to go there for the best burger in town. I was never so embarrassed. The service was lousy, the music was so loud we couldnt hear each other. Our onions rings were knocked to the floor by the waitress and we had to wait for another order. The Caesar Salad was a slap of romain with cheese sprinkled on it. My hus band and I were splitting the Forester Burger with Boursin Cheese and our burger came with no cheese and no mushrooms. The buns on the burgers looked like they came from a grocery store. The buns were not the usual toasted buns. The burgers were much smaller. The waitress had an attitude and ordered us another burger which came much after our guests were finished eating, There was no reason for the delay as the place was not crowed at all. Too bad Flipside at chagrin Falls, you had a good thing going . There was no compensation offered to us for the onion rings being knocked to the floor or for our burger to be replaced

My husband took me here last night for my birthday. This was our 1st visit to any of the Flip Sides, I must say I was impressed. This location is small and cozy, we were seated by the window- great for people watching. We started with the corn dog appetizer, while it was good it wasnt anything new or inventive. We both ordered burgers, I got the famous One Red Door burger and the husband got the one with the pulled brisket on it. Both were really good burgers prepared to our likeness. We also shared the truffle fries- best weve had by far. Service was great- very friendly and attentive. Cant wait to try the other locations and a shake next time!

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. Granted we had impeccable timing. There was no wait when we got there, but the catch was we were sat at a table that was literally next to the bathroom. It wasnt bad as long as people kept the door shut. Aside from that, the food was excellent. I got the green eggs and ham burger. Instead of your typical bacon they used prosciutto. The staff went above and beyond. I recommend this place to anyone that wants a different type of burger!

Some of the best burgers in the area. I mostly stick to a basic cheeseburger, so the quality of the meat and the preparation is more important than it is for burgers pulled high with bold ingredients. You dont need to get anything more than American cheese, pickles and onions to enjoy a burger here. Many other menu items are head and shoulders above standard bar for. For example, the corn dogs are excellent.

Good burgers with decent quality meat and *usually* cooked to the desired doneness. Monthly special burgers are hit or miss, but you can generally tell from the descriptions. Apps and sides are subpar. Fries are almost always soggy and sometimes lukewarm. Good beer list with rotating items. Dont waste your time/money on the shakes. Can be busy, so do call ahead seating.

Great place, great food... But beware if you have a large party, as this location is not very big. Normally we take bigger groups to the Hudson location. Red door burger is tops, truffle fries, sweet potato fries, veggie burger.. You cant really wrong with anything on the menu.

This place is wonderful! The hand cut fries with mushroom gravy are incredible. Steve was our server and he did a great job. The flipside burger and one red door burger taste great but are a little messy. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends.

The burgers really are that good. They also have a few options like lamb burger that you wont find many places. The beer selection is good and they rotate whats on tap about every month so its a good place to go and try new beers.

The food is great (as always). The service was friendly and fast. Finding a great place that is safe for a family member with peanut allergies is definitely a plus. It can get loud with happy chattering if that matters to you.

Like the original in Hudson, its not a large place. They make up for the lack of space with great burgers and fries. I will take a burger here any day over B spot. You can actually get a burger cooked medium here.

Always spot on with the food. The Red Door burger is a must. They have a veggie sandwich that is outstanding too. The menu is focused and the service is always good. This place is great in Sumer and winter too.

Probably the worst dining experience I have ever had. Our table was near the toilets and directly underneath a tv. Children crying very loudly with a never ending guitar solo screaming through speakers. Not fun .

Very good burgers. Beware of the huge onion rings which can spoil your appetite for anything else but they are delicious too. Ambiance was pretty good. Sports channels to enjoy beer with friends.

Great burgers and shakes. There is often a wait, so its worth calling ahead. If you do have to wait, they will text you, so I recommend visiting the book store across the street!
