Review is for the Deli only - Absolutely hands down the worst Publix deli that I have been to. I will actually drive past this Publix to go to a different one if i want a sandwich. This is the dirtiest deli Ive been to with so much cross-contamination that it seems like it is on purpose. It isnt so much separate containers of different toppings as much as it is one giant pile of various toppings in the center. On my last visit there, the Deli employee making my sandwich picked up the knife that had been used on the mayo slop of the sandwich before mine. Instead of taking it back and washing it, she then grabbed a dirty rag that was bunched up near her on the bar and wiped the knife with that. Now that it was "clean", she then proceeded to cut my sandwich with said knife (that was still streaked with mayo residue). The people themselves are slow and they mumble, and spite how many people are behind the bar, the process is always slow. They picked employees that should not be the ones handling food to be the ones to make the sandwiches. The entire area needs to be cleaned, organized, and the employees need to be washed and taught some basic language skills. The counter is always missing some ingredient (or it is so buried by cross-contamination that it was lost), but replacing it or getting more sends chaos through the ranks akin to if the Four Horsemen were galloping over the horizon. It seems an impossible feat to replace the cucumbers without burning the entire store down. Absolutely terrible experience overall and always recommend people stay far away from this disaster of a deli. The rest of the publix is completely fine.

Easy access to 525 and 75. In the Davie, fl area. The plaza itself is clean and very safe. The market offers greAt specials and the staff is quite friendly and helpful. No dirty looks when you ask a question. Never had to endlessly wait on long lines to check out. There are no self check out lines, which I really do not care for. A smiling staff cashier is better. Well stocked.. their sandwiches puts subway to shame. Every thing super fresh. It really is a pleasure to shop at public. At this publix any way! Surrounded by other nice shops and restaurants.

Today was a better experience than yesterdays visit! Yesterday, I was in the express line. The cashier greeted the person in front of me, but when it was my turn, she said nothing! She made me so angry, I grabbed my money from her hand, and went to tell the manager . Hopefully, the manager talked to her about her attitude! Youre supposed to greet EVERY customer, not pick and choose who you want to talk to!! If you are having a bad day, dont take it out on me or other customers!!! Todays visit was WAY more pleasant!

Every time I visit this stores Deli department, the Deli assistant manager is always bashing and talking down to her fellow coworkers totally disrespectful management. No one should be treated like that, next time I see this I will make a complaint to the store management horrible for the employees of the Deli and horrible for us customers to witness. And all the workers that helped me were very professional except for the assistant manager and she has the nerve.

The bagger asked someone in front of me did they need help going to the car with their groceries but when it was my turn he never asked me if I needed assistance going to my car with my groceries. I asked the young man why he didnt ask if I needed help, how do you know if need help or not???? He only responded with a laugh. That made me furious.

Call the store and ask for help giving me a balance on a gift card customer service representative Amelia refuse to try to even help all she had to do was type the numbers into the computer and she refused to do this this is not a good way to do customer service

The store is ok only. When ordering from the deli online... Make sure its correct before walking out of the store. They seem to always get my orders wrong. Ive informed the managers 4 times. Deli and also when ordering sandwiches... Same department
