On March 11 at 8h30 pm I came to this place. I ordered black iced tea and gave them the recipe and I said no ice. And it was put on the label. The lady who was working there put ice in my drink so I returned it and asked for another one. She said shes gonna make me another one. She looked very annoyed. She immediately poured the cup into the sink. Then she grabbed something and put it in a cup and gave it to me. I was paying attention but she made it like in 15s so I doubted she had made any new drink for me. And my drink tasted nothing like what I ordered. It was like pure milk. I am definitely disappointed with the service.

The place used to be great, now they got all kinds of strange people working there, no real barristas anymore, it wasnt like that before, and their staff is so new and poorly trained personnel that make lots of mistakes. Moreover, their staff has oatmeal running through their veins because they are so sluggish and slower than my granda.

I been in different Starbucks this is the worse coffee is really bad look like because they are new they dont know how to make the drinks and after asked to make it better the only way is to paid again and you will get the same bad coffee

What Starbucks closes their drive thru a hour before closing? Love the morning staff, but after that, the manager sucks and there is no friendly staff. Its Starbucks I know Im not paying $4 for coffee, but for the service and experience.

Service is very poor. you assume because you paying so much money for a coffee , service is going to be better compare to other Starbucks this is a poor operated one everything about this Starbucks is wrong and extremely ghetto .

They have the biggest slices. One day after work, I was so tired, I could barely stand in line, but when I finally got my slice it was so large and the red peppers really topped it off nicely. Grade a supremo

The drive through is extremely slow. Theres always something thats done the wrong. Most but not all of the people seem to not be paying attention. The one by southland is way better

This is a brand new location. It is clean and nice with Google WIFI. It has nice outdoor seating. It is also right next door to Chipotle.
