Said to the cashier, you dont have any flavored suggestions on display today. He proceeded to give me a five minute lecture on how Starbucks dont make flavored coffee. I said "really, not this location?" He continued on that none of the locations. I just stood there in shock at the way he was talking to me and the lecture I was getting. I guess I stood dumbfounded for so long that another worker said, "we can add flavoring to the coffee if you like." Then the first guy said, "we can do that but we dont brew flavored coffee." My thoughts? I spend too much time and money in Starbucks to be patronized like that. Time to start making my own "flavored" coffee. Wont be returning to that location! :(

My favorite drink - a "Bills Morning Start" - consists of a six-shot Venti, four-pump Vanilla, one-pump Mocha, extra-fat, extra-hot, upside down latte. Great way to start my day... I was the very first customer when this Starbucks opened several years ago. For the longest time, the store manager - Scott Spangler - had my picture on the wall on their community bulletin board. Over time, pictures change and memories fade. Great store, friendly customer service and clean restrooms. The major drawback to this particular location is lack of parking. Experience positive! I was so happy after my stressful day and after my shopping visit to Ikea that for a first time customer, thought I would never find my way out of that store, I looked forward to stopping at Sbux before my way back to Naples. Great location, the people were nice, neat looking store, clean store, they had half and half out on the condiment bar at 815pm, which you never see anymore. Nice conversation with one of the employees and they were an evening store to boot! It’s one of my personal goals that I have to try to hit every Starbucks I can in all my travels.

Forgot to put whip cream in my white mocha and it tasted really bad. I said XX hot and it even said that on the cup but they didnt make it extra hot. Didnt take my order from phone and told me that its not that busy so come in, which is okay but when I went in, there was a big line that got me late for work.

While Alexa made my drink, I was impressed that she was able to greet and tend to others orders all at the same time. More impressly so, she knew and remembered at least 3 other orders before the "regulars" even placed them....truely awesome to see :)

Simple things can destroy a seemingly quick transaction. I got my coffee and because the sugar and creamer station was not properly stocked I waited an extra 15 min for the simple condiments. Cant drop the ball on small stuff.

Super friendly team... Only problem: no outside seating. Id go there everyday instead of down the street of 136th if they did. The neighboring restaurants dont let you sit at their tables if you dont buy something from them.

By Starbucks standards and most coffee shops this is a wonderful location. Really appreciate the small touches like the Little Library, friendly staff and clean bathrooms. A low stress place in a sea of Florida crazy.

Had a great experience here yesterday! I brought my two young kids with me to get breakfast, and the barista went above and beyond to make it a great experience for us. This is my favorite Starbucks in this area!

The young man working was super friendly and helpful. We walked in at 9:59pm. A minute before closing yet he was as friendly as if it were 9:59am. Great job!!

Baristas are friendly. Store is busy and you probably wont find a spot to sit unless you get there early. No outdoor patio. Clean bathrooms.
