We bought groupons for this place without experiencing it first. Big mistake. I am sitting in the booth right now as the manager "kindly" does not charge us for our meals but makes us pay for our half drunken pitcher of beer. The pitcher of beer my fiance and I were going to enjoy with a yummy dinner. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. The place is dirty. Garbage and food are all over the floor. I walked in and saw that and should have walked right out. But, the place is packed so it must be good, right? We received salads and French bread with our meal order. Good thing I pull apart my bread vs taking bites. After I ate a couple bites, I went to pull off another and there it was. The dreaded hair baked right into the bread. I do not know if they bake their own bread or if they purchase but EWWWW. Absolutely disgusting. Appetite is completely lost at this point. The waitress comes back with our meals and we show her the issue. She was very nice and apologetic. Brings back the manager who says "I understand you do not want your meals.". Um, no we do not. I show him the hair still in my bread. "I will remove your meals from the bill and just charge you for alcohol.". Really? Duh, we dont want to eat anymore food here so why should we be charged for it. Ridiculous. We dont like making a scene so we pay for our pitcher and leave. We are also going to try to get a refund on the groupons as we purchased two. We will definitely never come back here again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know who lives in seminole heights about this experience as well. Were leaving here and going to Taco Bus or Cappys.

Their sangria has changed... its now very sweet & seems to have more juice (& less wine) than previously. And, NO diced fruit! Ugh! But, still a fair value... We got 3-4 glasses out of one carafe for $9.59. Howard ordered an Italian Grinder, and it was really very good. The meats had a great flavor, but I noticed the tomatoes were quite green. And the hoagie bread wasnt notable. But H couldnt stop repeating how much he enjoyed his half. My half was good. I ordered a gyro and was actually stunned by how small it was. At $6.49, I wasnt expecting the largest gyro in town, but definitely something bigger than what I was served. The lamb & beef was sparse and overcooked. Plus, LOTS of green tomatoes. In fact, my gyro had more tomatoes than meat. This ABC Pizza has been one of my favorite *local* restaurants since my teens, and I insisted to Howard that we drive much further from home to this one instead of the one near our house. But I was so disappointed by our visit Friday evening that I was compelled to update my review with these details. And, for a while, Ill be subjected to Howards dining suggestions. Decor here is dated, but clean. They also have nightly specials.

Like most of the previous reviews, this place used to be top notch. They have been around for years, and I have been coming here for years. But lately things just dont seem the same. I ordered a Large Greek Salad, and they have skimped on a few ingredients. There was not much Potato salad on it, and they usually add a scoop. Now I understand this is a Greek Salad and not a Ham Salad, but there was maybe 5 pieces of ham present on this salad. Again, they are really starting skimp on ingredients. And the waitress informed me that extra ham costs more. Not her fault but wow. Secondly, I ordered the Mediterranean Pizza, which is their Best Pizza, and the taste was not all there like it used to be. I think I will stop going there unless they fix their problems. I am not trying to knock the place because it has always been one of my favorites, but come on, pay more attention and deliver on your legendary quality. Thanks for reading.

This place has been the best since I was a kid stopping by after little league games over 20 years ago. Just this location though, the others do something different to their recipe thats still pizza (all pizza is good) but subpar. I stopped by the other day after visiting my grandmother and had my baby in the car. I had an odd request. I didnt want to wake my cranky baby up and didnt want to carry out a bunch of pizza and my child at the same time, so I actually called in the order from the parking lot and asked if they could bring it out to me. I dont work in the industry but I thought this was an odd request and I wouldnt blame them at all if they told me no. The female who answered the phone was more than cheerful and told me it would be no problem. She brought my food out promptly and was polite throughout the ordeal. My only regret is that I didnt get to experience any nostalgia by staring at that beautiful fish tank.

The person who blocked his profile to say only google user appearently does not know what italian food is. ABC is not Italian, it is Greek. Greek food is much better than Italian food. I should know, I have been forced to eat Italian for years. You just discribed what you will get it you go to Magianos or some place like that. The place is busy for a reason. Just so happens that I went to pick up Pizza directly after I wrote this. I did not even realize that they sold pasta dinners. I have been to an ABC pizza about 50 times in my lifetime and never knew this. I am too sold on the PIzza and salads. I knew they had other dishes, but not pasta. Maybe that is what google user was going for. Who would go out to eat pasta, the cheapest filler in the world.

The ABC Pizza House is truly a landmark everyone should visit...but only if you love great Greek/Italian food and warm service! I visit here a few times a month, usually with 4 to 24 friends in tow. The staff there is always accommodating and Im typically greeted with a smile and a firm handshake by the proprietor, George. My favorite dishes there are the stuffed shells and the pizza, not to mention they have the best-tasting salad dressing for which I have found no equal. As a 2nd-generation Sicilian person, I am a connoisseur of this style of food, and this place deserves high marks for both the food and service. I will surely visit the ABC Pizza House in the near future.

My husband and I used to come here multiple times a week, now I would not step a foot near this place!!!!!! The food quality went downhill, we had to send back several dishes because they were not acceptable (pizza and baked chicken should not be cold.) Seems also food ingredients are being skimped on as well. The staff there now is less than noteworthy. We tried going back after multiple negative visits thinking maybe it was a few isolated incidents, well not the case. What happened here???? Will not go back.
