First & foremost the hostesses at this restaurant are repulsive! I walked in at 6:30pm and asked for a table for 2. Without looking at their reservation book- The repulsive, rude and un groomed hostess immediately said without hesitation there was ZERO availability outside and that they were completely booked for reservations... (there were about 9 small tables available outside ). So I kindly asked if we can be seated inside - she said "NO... there is no availability". I peaked inside and saw about 30 EMPTY more seats. A nice gentleman quickly approached us and offered us to sit on a high table- so we approached the high table but I went online and made reservations anyways for 6:45pm and kindly approached the hostess and showed her my rsvp and asked AGAIN if I can now be seated out side since I have reservations... she IMMEDIATELY SAID "NO". At this point I am in complete shock as she first said I needed a reservation to be seated outside and now that I have one she STILL REFUSES TO SIT US! Defending her actions by saying "well you just made the reservation right now" does it really matter if I made the rsvp 5 min ago or and hour ago???!! I THINK NOT!! AN RSVP IS AN RSVP!! this place is not only laughable, unprofessional but completely distasteful. This restaurant should really invest in to interviewing and hiring classy, nice and well groomed employees! We will NEVER return here again.

We tried this place soon after it opened last year and were disappointed in the service and the fact that they charge for tap water without telling you. We went back on Bastille Day hoping for a better experience. The place was nearly empty. It was happy hour, but the bartender charged regular price for escargot, and for two drinks that were not ordered or served. You know what you are, Frank. The food was better this time. I tipped 10% instead of 20% because of the service. Now I look at my card statement and see thieving Frank changed the tip amount more to his liking. Time to go, Frank. Pascal, I love your original restaurant on Ponce, this place needs your oversight.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The waiter was sneezing and wiping his nose. Was put out to give the specials. Ordered a salad and instead of lettuce it arrived with a bed of garnish. The bus boy tried to take my side order of cheese 3 times at one point even picking it up as I protested. It was ludicrous. Complained to the manager and her response was to ask me if I wanted to order coffee????? Dreadful experience

Horrible service. They brought the wrong order, and were unapologetic. The food was just ok. Extremely disappointed. The manager wasnt very nice. The entire experience was unpleasant, from the time they suspiciously switched our waiter to the manager asking us to "pay the tip up front because youre using a chip card." Not one to pull out the race card, but I definitely did not feel welcome at all.

Slow service, misleading waiters regarding wine, waiters contradict you. Only good thing is the chocolate mousse. It feels like you pay for the bad service rather than the food. I recommend you go for the experience.

The only French here is the name. Tropicana juice from plastic bottle. Tea con the cup and no teapot. American butter and bread from frozen. Waiters totally unfriendly and demotivated.

Not only do they have a fantastic Happy Hour but an amazing brunch on Saturday and Sunday for only $37 which includes unlimited mimosas and amazing French classics.
