9 reviews 1.0 star rating 2/14/2016 I was not going to post a review, but after going twice and having 2 times a bad experience, I think is time to do so. They claim to be a French brasserie, but beside the name nothing from the kitchen is French. Ive been there for lunch ( wednesday ) and diner ( friday ). So lets start for the lunch. First general service: hostess was rude, and in a almost empty restaurant we where not able to change our table location because she didnt want to. Server was spending more time on his phone than attending us. I order a Croque Madam, the ham was awful, the worst quality you can serve in a restaurant. The bread was burn and the french fries had so much oil that I guess if I check my cholesterol after that meal I probably jump 500%. I did ask for for an other Croque Madam, it came back the exact same way. In my entire life I never had a such horrible entries. Only good point was the 3 desert for $16. As for the diner beside waiting 45 minuts for our table when we did arrive on time, the hostess was rude and not respectful again, manager was acting the same way, this is not a place you feel welcome to go and spend your money. For the diner I order the chicken, and once again was everything but not organic, chicken was dry, no flavor, overcook. We wait more than 45 minuts to get the starter, ( by the way, bresaola was thick like a fillet mignon ) and more than 90 minuts for our main course. Its a place to stay away from, there is many good restaurant in Midtown, and downtown.

I love french cuisine, and when i found out that Brasserie Azur the sister restaurant of Villa Azur was coming to Midtown in a more casual feel and with accessible prizes I said to myself Frances you need to go. I went with my brother and a friend on a Sunday during the day; we decided to seat outside because you feel that you are in a French Riviera... simply lovely! For our surprise they started few weeks ago the Brunch and guess what they have?! - $25 BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS.. sign me in please! We started with the truffle pizzetta (it was recommended by our server) it was crusty, really delicious and we also tried the foie gras... #yummy! For main course we took the Ribeye, the bagel with smoked salmon and the pouched eggs. Obviously I tried everything and it was PERFECT! For desserts they have this special that you eat 3 different for $16.. and is like going to heaven. We ate the flan, lemon pie and chocolate mousse (the best desserts Ive ever tried in my life). The service was incredible, even the manager came to our table to see if everything was in order. If you come to Miami for sure you need to try this place... its AMAZING!

As a regular South of France vacationer, I have finally found somewhere in Miami that emulates true provincial style cuisine & service. I have dined at Brasserie three times now and enjoy it more & more every time. Last Friday I came afterwork with some girlfriends. We planned to stop by for a casual cocktail and ended up staying until after midnight due to the great ambiance. The outside terrace is lit up so beautifully, and with our table neatly nestled we didnt see the time pass. I had the Pizzeta a la truffe & Chèvre Chaud which were mouth wateringly good. Our server was very warm and friendly and provided lots of recommendations before bringing us to the magnificent "raw Bar" to present their impressive display of fresh fish. The decor is stunning while still exuding a casual and comfortable atmosphere. The cocktails were perfectly prepared with fresh ingredients. This new restaurant has become my top choice in Midtown and the extensive menu allows you to visit 2-3 times per week and keep trying one of their delicious dishes. A must-go in Miami Well done Brasserie Azur.

I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here even though it was packed. We ended up having to sit outside and I was worried that service would not be as good because of this but this was not the case, service was excellent, and the weather that evening was lovely. This is one of those restaurants that Ive had bookmarked for a long time and finally came before magical dining month ended. The inside of the restaurant is warm and inviting. With all that being said, lets proceed to the food details. Appetizers: I selected the Pan seared Octopus with potatoes; this had incredible texture, and the Truffle Pizza, beautiful flavor that hit the spot. Main Course: Truffle marinated chicken with fingerling potatoes.... This was insane, no exaggeration. The flavors in this dish were beyond incredible and perfectly cooked. This was the star dish of the night for sure. Dessert: Flan. Rich, bold, tasty, just a luxurious ending to a fantastic meal. I cant get over my dining experience here, I will most definitely be back.

I was at the Brasserie last night with my boyfriend, just for a quick bite and a drink, but we hand up staying for dinner, because the ambient was cosy and we felt welcomed. The beef tartare was made for us at the table, we took the server suggestion to have it with french fries ... and it was a match made in heaven. We ordered olive chicken from the rotisserie to share, because we were told it s completely organic and gmo free . It outmatch our expectations. That is what a chicken is suppose to be and taste like... We could not make it to the dessert cart (that came out of nowhere) it was devilish tempting, but too full at this time. We know now, for next time, for sure to leave some room for it .

My friend and I visited Brasserie Azur on a Saturday night and had a great experience! The ambiance is romantic and cool, with flowers canopies hanging from the ceiling. Service was spot on! Drinks, food and dessert were all delightful. My friend and I had a truffle pizza to start off and as the main course steak and fries. Pizza had a thin crust, the way it should be, with truffle shaves on top. The steak was perfectly cooked medium rare and so tender! The dessert was the best part of the whole experience! We had the Paris Brest, crunchy pastry with a delicious creamy nutty filling that melts in your mouth and we also had the flan, creamy and so smooth ! We are certainly coming back for more.

I went to eat at brasserie azur Saturday with my girlfriend and We really loved it. We were really excited because we were waiting for this venue for a long time. First, The restaurant is beautiful and the food was really good. We shared a truffle pizza as a appetizer and it was one of the best pizza Ive ever had. Then my girlfriend took the branzino, and I get the lamb chops (yummy). Best part of the dinner : the dessert cart ! Service was very kind. I can say that I will definitevely come back.

This place popped up recently in my neighborhood. I had been waiting for it for a while, and finally tried it out last week for dinner. I went with a couple of friends and had the Miami Spice Menu. The roquefort crusted ribeye was super juicy, and extremely tasty, which is great because there arent that many steak options in the area. I also had desserts galore. Besides the Miami Spice dessert, I took 3 from the dessert trolley. You get 3 for the price of 2. WOW. I cried. Will be here every day!
