Positive: food was really good. Tasted fresh and delicious. Place is quiet, neat and cozy. Negative: we never really felt there was such thing as service offered to guests over there. I usually dont take an issue with that, but in a place where you get charged 18% gratuity without your consent, cmon, there has to be some kind of service! Details: We got there at 8 oclock, knowing that they close at 9.30 p.m. We ordered a sushi roll for me and mixed seafood dish for my wife, and a bottle of sake. We didnt know the size of the portions and were not sure how hungry we were, so we asked the waitress to leave one menu for us, because we were thinking about ordering something else later. When the food came out, l mentioned above, we really enjoyed it. But exactly at 8.43 p.m., when I was helping my wife to finish her dish and we were discussing should we try a dessert, the waitress suddenly reappeared, dropped our bill on the table, said "thank you" and left abruptly. Spending considerable amount of time working in the hospitality business, it felt really awkward and weird to me, because from my experience in the restaurant industry, I know that such a maneuver is usually reserved for rude and obnoxious guests who would stay far beyond the venues closing time. But it was only 8.43, they were supposed to close at 9.30, and there were at least three other tables there, and one of them had just been seated a few minutes ago, and we had clearly let the waitress know we might go for something else keeping one menu at the table! Well, feeling quite unwelcome, we didnt want to explore anything else. I gave my credit card and it was promptly ( which at that time seemed too promptly to both of us!) charged. But then there was another surprise. The charge slip clearly said "pre-tip amount" and offered a blank space for adding gratuity if guests felt like they received appropriate service. But upon more careful examination, we discovered that gratuity of 18% had already been snugly fit into our bill. So on top of charging their guests gratuity without clear indication of their intent to do so (I didnt notice a disclaimer on the menu; nobody ever informed us; there were no visible signs inside the restaurant), they lure their customers into tipping extra money by making them think that tip is not included. This is a very shady practice, worth of places that dont really value their reputation. I guess they are just relying on a revolving door of tourists, who wouldnt notice and wouldnt make much fuss about it. Very shameful! Suggestion (if you care): ask service stuff to be more friendly and polite, engage with the guests; use standard restaurant practices; if you want to include the gratuity, please make sure that every guest is aware of it from the very beginning, and, please, make sure that its worth leaving it.

If you want you plates thrown on the table and the lights shutdown while you eat, go to the Thai fuku. The waitress obviously wanted to be elsewhere but that didnt stop her to charge 18% tip on the bill. sushis were good but... Never again.

Thai Fuku is the first place we eat when we come to Cocoa Beach. The lunch specials are a great value too. Both of my sons have selected this place as their b-day place to eat so, we drive 146 miles on their b-days! I wont complain as Thai Fuku is one of my favs too. The freshness, variety & staff friendliness is wonderful. My wife unfortunately does not like seafood but, Thai Fuku has her covered too. She has even enjoyed some soup that was seafood based. So, when you can please a group ages 12 to 52 (teenage girls, boys, 21 yos, Mom Dad, Grandpa & Grandma) in a Sushi restaurant, youre doing something right. Location is super easy to find directly on North Atlantic Ave across from RonJon and a couple blocks down. Parking is right there at Thai Fuku with no typical beach hassle. Casual, clean, bright and cool atmosphere you can come right in from the beach and enjoy. Honestly, Thai Fuku offers GREAT food, desserts and service that is very affordable. We find coupons for them online too. We always leave satisfied.

i used to love thai fuku-- in fact id drive an hour just to get their food, and they knew it. I had one complaint many months prior b/c of the quantity of a dish. I was a really good customer. One day, they purposely served my noodles really dry--they did it on purpose b/c the stupid thai female there asked me to rudely check my dish (as if i complained a lot which didnt happen). I then called them back to tell them the dish was unedible and really dry. I went back just to get extra sauce--nothing else. Literally...EVERY employee there came out and bullied and harassed me.. these sickos literally decided to use my asking for extra sauce to come and harass a female customer...finally after LOTS of consultation they decided to recook my dish. They were rude nasty and crazy. I will never go back and warn others of how mean and sick these people are...

Located off the main street. Two sections - one for dine in and the other for takeout. The look is that of your typical diner....nothing special. Certainly not the friendliest of staff, either. As if theyre really not happy to see you, but will not hold that against them. Large selection of food to order (including sushi). I bought their Ginger fish, green and red curry with fried rice....after a nearly 20 minute wait, the food was finally delivered. .Delicious!!!!! Absolutely delicious..the curries, fish and fried rice had good flavor, good portions, and were cooked by someone with a good Thai food preparation experience. Someone who knows how to make authentic Thai food. Look forward to eating here again....

After reading mixed reviews on Yelp, I looked at Google+ and TripAdvisor and figured its the best Asian place around Cocoa Beach. 4 of us dined with appetizers and entrees, a couple beers and sodas during happy hour and it came to $20/person. Ethan our server was VERY VERY on top of things. He mentioned he was the best customer at Thai Fuku until one day they just hired him. He knew the menu and was great at recommending a spice level for my mixed seafood Drunken Noodle. The spring rolls were good, edamame was nice and salty how I like it, and the Sushi was very fresh and tasty. If you are in the mood for Asian food, this is a great place to go, especially if Ethan is there to take care of you.

Update: no update, still just pure awesomeness. Absolutely the best Sushi I have ever had. This is the original crew from Thai Fuji. The moved and opened this new location and are better than ever. The food is incredible, and the portions are large. There is something about the taste of their food that no other restaurant/crew has been able to duplicate. When they sold their previous restaurant you could tell something changed and the loyal customers moved on to the new location. Come try them and you will be blown away. The best service and the best food. Ask John to make you something off menu and you will be amazed. Enjoy!
