This is by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. My son and I walk up to the open ORDER window and we are ignored and looked past without so much as a hello or "well be right with you." Finally after several drive through orders have gone past, we get attitude-havin "Robin Y" who is not friendly and acts like she doesnt wanna be there...(wait for it). She swipes my credit card so hard I thought it was broken and doesnt hand me a receipt and slams the window. I hold my tongue and my son and I wait. (Now the wait for it moment...), the guy behind us walks up and she says, "Ill be right with you." (What??) Then when she takes his order, shes smiling, leaning out the window and asking him about his cologne...ugh, for real?? But the real kicker was....we got our simple cheeseburger meal AFTER the guy behind us gets his 2 big orders, so our burgers were cold, the ice in our drinks melting away and our money and time wasted. Never going back to this Checkers...ever!

Not the first time this place , mean to say the staff has disappointed me. First of I wait outside the window for 30ish minutes just for food. While I see 10-15 cars in drive thru get there food and leave before me . Like seriously. And than see the worker taking selfies on her phone . Not even wearing gloves attending items!!!!! Than was told my wings were forgotten. So this means another 5ish minutes waiting . When I got home 3 out of the 5 burgers were completely wrong !!!!!!! The staff are young childish people. Idk who runs this place but something needs to be done professionally. I love checkers thats why I drive all the way from satellite beach for it . But I will not drive to palm bay to get better service. I also will no longer be interested in this horrible disgusting place anymore sadly to say.

3rd time I have gone to this place and they either got my order wrong or left something out. Now after a damn near $50 order I was missing a WHOLE MEAL. I received an extra drink I did not ask for, and after asking the cashier to REPEAT my order from previous bad experiences, I had to get out of my car and ask for the fries for the meal only to get home and realize i didnt even get the burger. 3rd times a charm and this fed up customer will be taking her money elsewhere. Even worse, I only took the 2 mile drive from home specifically for the Checkers that the family asked for. Out of $8, out of a meal, and beyond annoyed.

HORRIBLE! Horrible service, absolutely horrible and they werent even busy at all. I waited 5 minutes just to get two ranch cups. I ordered the 2 for $3 on the chicken sandwiches and I took one bite and didnt want anymore, they were so depressing, they were slow. Do not come here for a quick bite to eat! Worst location I have ever ate at. Very unhappy.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Absolutely terrible service completely messed up my order. It was raining out and there were only two cars in the drive through how is that even possible. I order one meal and an extra large fry what I got was 3 burgers and a small fry?... Cant believe it I will not be coming back!!

Food is great. Most the time you have to wait an extended period of time to get your food unless you go through the drive-thru I think theyre understaffed because the last three or four times Ive been there Ive waited as long as 20 minutes to get my food and atleast 5 to 10 minutes at minimum

The food is good but our orders are always wrong or they forget to give us a soda or part of our order. Staff is constantly just standing around talking and making everyone wait. Will only go back if we are desperate for a quick bite to eat.

Really happy about the hours to this place. Went around 11 when Burger king was closed. Server was pleasing and very nice considering the time I got there. Fast service and good food :) Thanks for having my back Checkers.

Ok, the staff is always friendly.Food is always hot(havent gotten wilty fries since they opened). Word of advice, stay away from the philly cheese steak sub. One word: Grizzle(/gag)
