It pains me to leave a bad review for Dairy Queen because Ive loved them since childhood, however, with such TERRIBLE SERVICE, I couldnt leave a good review. It took me 30min to get my food, nothing "fast" about THAT! They are INCREDIBLY UNORGANIZED, and half of my order was ready ten min BEFORE the other half so half was cold and the rest hot...I WILL RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE N WILL DRIVE TO WELLSBURG, 30min out my way, the nxt time I want Dairy Queen!!!

As a consumer reporter in a major market, I can tell you this. Go a few hundred extra feet to Kroger, buy a quart of your favorite ice cream and put whatever toppings youd like on it. Horrible service, half-melted ice cream and over-priced garbage. The owners should be ashamed of what they tried to do to "re-birth" this chain in Weirton.

Was very confusing. It was not the crowded but the experience was very chaotic. They had a hard time hearing my order. The menu is located on two different walls and kept switching screens so it was difficult to read. The portions were small compared to other DQs Ive eaten at. I was not very impressed and will go to steubenvilles.

My friends and I were denided service because the establishment was closing early at an inconvenient time, and we were denied before the set time to close. Too add on, on previous visits, I was given rude service, and the food was not held to its standards. If you are in the area I would recommend the nearby taco bell

I love DQ ice cream but the food is awful. I watched them put the burger (wrapped in paper) in the microwave. Then throw it in my bag. You have to check every thing you order before you leave because they always miss something. The staff is always friendly which is the only reason we go for ice cream.

They got my burger wrong not once but 2 times. Our fries were cold and soggy. Ask one of the girls to come to our table that was walking around she just looked at us and walked away. Most of the tables were dirty with no where to sit.
