Girl on the phone was nice. Food was mall-like at best (flavorless) but what was, so upsetting is that I had to finish cooking it. Guess thats why the delivery was so incredibly fast. We ordered Seafood Delight and my scallops were still ICE COLD in the middle. We also ordered Kung Pao Chicken and the vegetables were barely cooked. It was like they were tossed in at the last second. Shrimp fried rice was okay. Beef Lo Mein was very greasy. I wont order from there again. Ive worked in the restaurant business and even on a bad night, you cant screw every dish up.

I ordered 2 General Tsos lunch specials, one with Lo Main and an order of the cheapest crab rangoon Ive ever paid for. I just moved down from Saint Louis and this place blows every Chinese place up there out of the water. Their portions are generous, the chicken actually had a kick to it, the crab rangoon was wonderful, and they even gave me a cup of sweet and sour to dip it in. Ive always had to pay extra for that. The food was very hot and put in microwaveable containers so I can pop it in and eat more later. Definitely will order here again!

Read all reviews before ordering. The NAYS have it. Chicken and broccoli...nice and simple... terrible. Chewy, rubbery broccoli. Huge chunks of inedible chewy chicken. Fried rice tastes like they made it on the floor...I mean ZERO flavor. But...had the roast pork and snow peas and that was decent. Hot and sour soup was made with ingredients you find in a garbage pail. Egg roll ok. Trying another as I just moved here and have yet to find a decent place that delivers. Too bad Zom Hee doesnt deliver because that is thee best zip food!!

Always fast with delivery. I noticed people. Complaining about lack of flavor, this place doesnt use MSGs, so if your used to that fake taste that could be the problem. Always fresh, the sweet and sour chicken sauce has never tasted old, I can actually detect the ingredients they use! I have had a few moments that I wasnt understood but the phone was handed to someone who could understand, and those moments I was trying to call back and change an order, otherwise they are super Dee duper awesome!!!!! =3

Ordered online, they called and told me it would be 1 hour because it was so far away (3.2 miles). After an hour I called and asked where my food was, they told me it was out for delivery, 20 minutes. After 40 minutes I called again to ask about my food and they told me the order was cancelled because it was too far away. 2 hours to find out that they wont deliver it, if they had told me this up front I would have picked it up. Cant comment about the food, never got a chance, probably never will.

Ive ordered here many times, never had an issue. However the previous 3 orders I havent gotten all my food or beverages and it gets old. Food quality hasnt been the same, and delivery drivers are horrible. There is 1 good 1, but I havent seen him in a while. When someone shows up at your place complaining how the last 3 places tipped him. And how nasty the area you live is... Its just time to stop giving them business.

I want to love them; they are very courteous, have online ordering, theyre one of the few that deliver and their delivery drivers have been polite and punctual, but the cooks need to step up the quality. They appear to be cutting corners and thats not good for business. Examples: They dont add green peppers and pineapples with their sweet and sour. Vegetables with tofu are soggy and overcooked, and sauce is too greasy.

Communication problems while ordering and telling me wait wait wait while Im on the phone with you is no way to talk to a paying customer. Ordered shrimp lo mein and honey chicken, lo mein was overly greasy and bland and the honey chicken was like eating one of those chinese donuts you get a buffet. This is one of the worst takeout places I have ordered from and will never go back!

For delivery service EXTREMELY rude people!!!! They have no concept on what providing good customer service means. They appear to have a hard time understanding English but when you give them the credit card numbers they dont miss a beat... Go Figure! The food was typical Chinese flavor, no wow factor. If you can avoid ordering from this place, I truly recommend it.

I work in a large company. I do most of the ordering for my floor, almost 100 employees. I called today to tell them they got my order my order wrong. we read the order to her from a piece of paper and she yelled at me said it was my mistake. We constantly order from here and I will now find somewhere else to order and will advise co workers to do the same.

I have been going to China 99 for 5 years, they are kind, clean, consistent. I like the food very much and are willing to do things to order. But sometimes I can have trouble understanding them, or being understood, so this is why people may think the service is not good. I recommend this resturant. thanks Robin

First time here. Take service was very prompt. Hot and sour soup was ok. Lacking in flavor department. Egg roll was very small but ok. Steamed dumplings very good. Chicken with garlic sauce very flavorful. Some pieces of chicken were hard and inedible but flavor was spot on. Might try again.

I thought this place was decent and its across from where I live so weve eaten there quite a few times. The other night I got the general tsos chicken (like always) and I got FOOD POISONING. Food poisoning when youre 4 months pregnant is no fun. Im still sick....Ill never, ever eat here again.

Horrible "customer service." Online it says they close at 10:30, I ordered at 10:05, the system even allowed me to order online, right along with charging my card. However, I got a call like 5 minutes later from someone who clearly has no idea what customer service is, or what time they close.

Came to town for work related training, dont know the area at all so i looked on line for delivery and im glad i chose China 99. the food was really good,service was very prompt and friendly. i will be ordering from them for the remainder of my stay. thanks China 99.

This is one of the few places in the area that doesnt saturate the food with MSG. Its standard greasy take out - which, for this area, is rare and highly sought. Dont let the aesthetics run you off, its honestly pretty decent food and the price is right.

This location is only 4.1 miles from my house. Ive gotten delivery from here at least 5 times previously. Today i attempted to order food online and I was called back and told my location was now too far away. Horrible customer service.
