When I called for delivery on Mothers Day 5/14/17, the girl on the phone sounded like she didnt know what she was doing. I ordered a honey chicken, a chicken fried rice, 4 spring rolls and I asked for a 2 liter of Coke. Very simple order I think? She recited the order back to me and it was right. So she said ok 25 minute. She forgot to tell me how much it was so I asked her how much and she said ok hold on I get price for you. Im thinking wow she must be new. So then we wait 45 minutes for our food and the driver shows up and I dont get my 2 liter. We called the restaurant and they said we get it for you next time. I SAID NO I just paid almost 30 bucks and you charged me for soda, I want it today. Send it back with the driver please. I even tipped the driver 5 bucks and never got our soda? Dont waste your time or money there. Food sucks and customer service sucks. Would say a half star if it was an option.

This restaurant shouldnt even get one star. There customer service is terrible! I have no idea what the food taste like. After calling in my order( the guy told me 10 mins ) I could pick up my food. I said Wow thats quick~ I get there 12 mins later. Stood at the counter being totally Ignored by the young man on the phone. I sit down waiting 10 more mins. Finally a woman asks me if Im there for a pick up. ( I said yes, told her what I ordered) she said ok. I waited 10 more mins. then just left with no food. This is no way to treat a new customer. Ill never go back. I dont get upset often but just acknowledge a person is waiting & give them some explanation why the foods not ready. An heres a tip dont tell someone 10min then take longer than 32mins and still no food. Mechelle

We ordered take out for Christmas night (Jewish Christmas). This was my first time trying New China after hearing good things about them. The people were very friendly. My friend ordered one of the combo meals that comes with an egg roll and fried rice. I ordered the shrimp & lobster sauce with a side of fried rice. Everything was very good and fresh. The quantity of food you get is unreal for $20. I can put away a good amount of food and we still have enough left for two more full meals. They dont skimp on the seafood. The only thing I would have liked if there were more goodies in the fried rice. I will definitely order from them again.

They have good food but the people who work there are VERY RUDE! Im placing my order and the person who was taking my order was yelling at me over the phone They told me my order was 16.50 but 19.80 was taken off my card! That I didnt understand So when I called back he was still yelling at me and was telling me that they only took 16.50 off my card So what happened to the other 3.30? Im very upset! I will NEVER call them again! The service SUCKS! The driver passes right by me didnt stop. By the time I got my food after 2 hours it was cold! Im done with them!

New China was my familys favorite local Chinese take-out restaurant when we lived just a few blocks away. The employees are incredibly nice, and very appreciative of your business, and the food is consistently excellent. When we moved across town, we hoped that there would be a comparable restaurant nearby, and after trying quite a few, we realized there wasnt. We make it a point to make a weekly drive across town to pick up our Chinese food from New China, solely based on the quality of the food, and the quality of the service.

I ordered the Quart of Hunan Beef and a pint of Hot and Sour soup - $13, great price! The driver Lady was really nice and friendly, and it took about 35 minutes; which is pretty good time. The food was AMAZING! Great variety of vegetables, and lots of beef. The flavor was rich; not watered down. $10 minimum for delivery, which is awesome! This is my new go-to neighborhood Chinese Take-Out.

The food was okay. Something you would get from the mall food court. Basic. Wasnt amazing, but I have had a lot worse in the area. Crab Rangoons were sweeter than I liked, and the shrimp lo mein was a little dry but had good flavor. General Tso was basic, not spicy at all. White rice was a little gummy. Overall, it is the best place that I found that delivers to me.

Terrible experience also here. The lady was very rude and very pushy. We were there a whole 4 minutes to pick a small order up and in that time they managed to reassure that we will never go back to spend our money. If that was the owner or if the owner is listening your business WILL FAIL with customer service like that.

that was the worst chinese food i ever got from a chinese restaurant the Lo Mein noodles were overcooked and pasty the rice was the best thing there the dumplings werent done on one side and the other side was ok the side that wasnt cooked was all mushy i threw 90% of the meal in the garbage

Horrible, called because I didnt receive my food for over your and a half. I know they can be busy and have never experienced this but what did it was they CALLED me back to say it was not that long and to NEVER CALL THERE AGAIN AND FIND ANOTHER RESTAURANT!!! New China is the worst!!

Awful service. Twice now I ordered and both times they said 45 min. For delivery. They never came or called me. I called several times and hung up. Then when finally got through they made excuse. And delivery person tried to make excuse for them. Will NEVER order for them!!!!

I cant say enough good things about New China!!! The owner drove out to my house one time because I was missing something from my bag. I had my phone in my hand ready to call when there was a knock at the door. You can tell Im a frequent customer if he knew where I lived :-)

Worst driver in the world. She was extremely rude, it is obvious she really hates her job. It is not my fault this is the only thing she is capable of doing. Please accept your limitations or move on. The owners must look at who they hire.

Dirty dinning needs to go check this restaurant. They sold me a lunch special with a black fly in it. When I called to complain , they said they'd give me a free lunch the next time I order, which is NEVER!!! Nasty!!!! Nasty!!!! Nasty!!!

This is the go-to place for take out chinese for us. Delivery is consistent 90% of the time (dont forget to tip!). Food is like...2x the amount you paid for and very tasty. Very nice. Not stingy on meat like other places are -_-
