We have tired their delivery twice now and they cant get it right. The first one they did not get one part of our order so we had them bring it back and it took a half hour to arrive. We ordered a week later and they missed sending the same thing but did manage to charge us for it. The delivery did not have a clue about what he was even delivering, we told them forget it and we will not order from them again. You would have thought they would call back and apologize and try to save a customer who spent $100 in two weeks and send over what the failed to add include in our order but nothing from them. Try somewhere else if you want your order correct.

First they gave us the wrong order - we had to drive back to return it. They refused to refund - only exchange. We too the right order, and the shrimp were raw. Weve never had trouble there before, but the other two meals were not very good tonight either. We will never return, and since one of works nearby, we will recommend no one in the office eat their either. One mistake is fine - two and mediocre send us else where.

We have found our new favorite Chinese food take out place. China House has Very Good tasting food and great service. We have ordered there three times this week already! Their Bourbon chicken is Excellent! Their Beef Sticks (Teriyaki or bbq beef on stick) are Fantastic! Everything has been fresh and delicious.The Best Chinese food in the area! Thank you China House! Most Highly recommended!

One order was wrong item. Duplicated one order instead of my sechuan shrimp. Hot & sour soup neither hot nor sour. My order was to be a hot dish so we were given a packet of regular hot sauce, not sechuan pepper sauce. Eggroll was okay and house rice was okay but a bit bland and sorely lacking seasoning as was the chicken and vegetable dish my husband ordered. We wont be back.

No customer service at all. Stood at the front desk waiting for about 5 minutes as multiple people looked at me and walked past instead of helping. I got the beef and broccoli and it had very little flavor and almost no sauce at all. Will not be returning.

Ordered 2 shrimp and 2 pork egg rolls got 4 shrimp, no soy sauce or duck sauce included. Mongolian beef was terrible just onions and a couple pieces of beef in a very sweet brown sauce. Will not order from them again

Good delivery, but in store service is not that good. some food taste great, some taste bad(my flavor, and comparison to other Chinese food restaurant.) Like their friend jumbo shrimp.

This place is horrible. Our order was wrong. Placed it online and they still cant get it right. Noodles were overcooked and the wonton soup was bland! Order from someplace else.
