With several other ice cream parlors on the same road to choose from, I thought they were a bit pricey for the product. Not a bad choice for a date, since they have outside tables to sit at for talking and they have gourmet choices. However, if you plan to take your family, be prepared to unload half your wallet there. If you have kids, like mine, who choose their ice cream by color with sprinkles on top, there are other less pricey and just as good choices just down the road.

Went there Saturday night about 10:45 pm waited in line for 5 min the staff was rude finally got our ice cream sat down to eat only because the lady who made ours got chocolate and icecream all over the cup as soon as we started eating the so called lead person said we r closing - they should have never said that should have been take your time we will lock the door at 11 when u are done we will let u out I will never eat here again

Small, but nice clean store with friendly staff. I took my kiddos here for a mid day summer treat which they were all to excited about. I didnt want to buy an entire cup of ice cream for my toddler and told her she could eat with me, but the lady helping us was so sweet and gave her a separate little cup and the sprinkles shed been pointing at for no extra charge! Happy toddler, happy momma!

With a small shop, and large demand, sometimes the line here can be long. However it is almost always worth the wait. The staff really work hard at being fast and still engaging the customer. We are fairly regular visitors, and have kind of a quirky order. The staff always remember what we like, and make the trip worth more than just the cost of ice cream.

Love the cookie dounght you want some and I change the flavor ice cream and add stuff and they always remember it, you dont have to tell them twice! Sadly theyve had some problems with the cookie dough and it is currently "out of stock"... :( Otherwise whenever I want ice cream I go to cold stone.

Always a delicious place for ice cream. It is typically staffed by young kids and many of them do a fabulous job. However, there have been visits where the employees are distracted, careless and have at times missed ingredients for the ice cream.

Just great in every way. Awesome ice cream and topping options and alway very nice service. But....very low on sitting space. I definitely would just take a to go order in winter but in the summer there are a few sitting options outside

Place was out of napkins also once my wife was done ordering her ice cream the employee left and went to the back. The next employeee walked right past us and took the people behind us order and didnt even ask me if I wanted anything.

Have been to this location 5 times in the past month and every time Im told theres no cookie dough! I have to settle for other selections, which are quite delicious, but still leave my cookie dough cravings unsatisfied.

Awesome ice cream an toppings. Atmosphere needs improvement. The cake freezer is load and rattling its been that way for awhile. Its difficult to hear conversation with all the noise. Fix the freezer!

Completely disappointed!! I Googled Red Velvet ice cream and Cold Stone popped up. To my surprise after standing in line for 15 mins, Im told that this is a seasonal items. Totally misleading website!!!

This was great! Awesome ice cream. Try Banana, sweet cream and some peanut butter mixed in for an amazing peanut butter sandwich ice cream treat. Even better with a waffle cone!
