This place is awful! I cant wait for them to open a new Chipolte in this area so that I have an alternative. Want NO place to park and a line out the door - literally - every weekday for lunch? Want to repeat your order twice to each server down the line and still have them manage to eff it up? Go here!!! Theyve had a sign on the door for weeks saying "Sorry no carnitas." How do you run out of pork - for weeks? The other day the guy heating my tortilla told me they were out of BLACK BEANS and suggested I pick something else. I knew he was lying they were in the back and just needed to be brought up front so I stood there until someone got them!!! Now theyve turned their chopped tomato MILD salsa into watery, pureed pre frozen garbage. Think Ill start going to Tijuana Flats instead. At least they appreciate their customers there.

We have been to this location dozens of times since it opened. Never do they voluntarly provide salad dressing, their customer sevice is lack luster at best, and tonight after being told they are out of salad dressing, I proceeded to have an employee YELL at me and argue with me after I requested a refund of my money since they charged me for my salad and did not have any dressing for this salad. As the manager stood by and did nothing to stop his employee from egging on an unhappy customer, I again had to yell my request of a refund as Effrain, the argumentative employee, continued his instigating comments. NEVER, have I ever been treated this way in life, much less by an employee of a business I frequent; now a business I will never go to again.

Employees are awful... theyd rather focus on joking around behind the counter than being attentive to the customers waiting to be rung up. There is also TONS of cross contamination between separate food items on the line. And wiping the area off with your gloved hand and then proceeding to roll someones burrito without putting on new clean gloves is disgusting!! Its either a lack of enforcing proper food handling standards, or poor management turning a blind eye to their filthy facility.

Why do you let employees cook in wife beaters aka under shirts and without hair nets or hats? Seriously, your cook today looked like he literally just rolled out of bed and started grilling. Anyone want hair, or better yet arm pit hair in their chicken to go? :D ...basic hygienic standards. If the cashier needs to maintain health code hygiene SO DOES THE MAN ON THE GRILL.

Always love coming here, But always have a problem with the portions. Its not exactly cheap at $11.00 for a lunch, however the rice is always perfect, steak/pork always perfect. Sometimes on rare occasion the chicken will be burned, its almost non edible. Always a nice staff at this location. Will always return, CALL AN ORDER YOUR FOOD TO AVOID THE LINE.

The cashier rude, she stops in the middle of my order to answers the phone and does not tell the phone call to hold on like other places do... and she walks away she should of gave the phone to someone else and did her freaking job... bs the line is backed up bease the cashier keeps walking away instead of cashing people out......

Again, lots of fat attached to their Carnitas. I dont pay $10 a visit for some fat which you barely give any meat as it is! So why dont you all do your customers a favor and not be lazy, by taking off the fat a bit better than you have been. Tables are wobbly outside. Not hard to fix people! If you hate working there quit.

Worst Chipotle Ive ever been too. untrained employees that are too deaf and distracted too listen to your order the if ure burrito tears down the middle they just rap it up and ignore it. If u get a drink u get a little bit of dirt in it for free. Absolutely worst Chipotle ever Id give half a star if that was an option.

Since the e coli issues this company suffered in 2016 and the measures they were forced to take to keep their business alive the food quality has gone down. It used to be so much tastier now its kind of bland. Still good though just not great like it used to be. The music is a bit loud but the employees are nice.

I was amazed at the poor sanitation, loud , rude, macho kids employed. The food is good but if management or owners do not try to clean up their act then shall report you to a higher source. Customer satisfaction is more important then bottom line.

This Chipotle is small and busy. Almost always a long line. The parking Situation is rough and the parking lot area doesnt make sense (not really their fault). The service is decent and my orders are normally correct. The food is always delicious.

Horrible the last couple of times I was there they have forgotten items, and I made it all the way home before noticing, the sautéed veggies were way over seasoned with Im not sure what with, the guacamole is really bland and my chips are stale.

Horrible service... There were maybe 5 people in line and we had to wait for about 40 minutes. The employees were messing around and didnt care at all A guy in line with us said this is how it normally is. Take my advice and go find a qdoba..

Great food, very casual atmosphere and most of the time not super busy exept around 4-8 or so, even then rarely are you waiting very long. I have noticed outside tables are wobbly. Pricing is very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend.

I left Bradenton in 2010. Used to eat here 2-3 times per week. Was disappointed to return in 2016 and see a dirty restaurant with employees that are not inviting. Communication was terrible, oh, $4.15 for a domestic beer???

Fast service. Love their food. Sometimes the food isnt seasoned or salted enough for me and sometimes its very flavorful. Its hit or miss. But the majority time its perfection. One of my favorite spots for lunch.

I gave this Chipotle three stars because everytime I came here I always get stale tortilla chips!! I come here often and theyre always a miss so I stopped buying them. But other than that the food is delicious!

Its a shame that this is the only Chipotle in the area. I rather drive out of my way and patronize the location in Sarasota rather than deal with terrible customer service at the Bradenton location.

The food here is amazing! The steak burrito bowl is my go to food item from here and the staff is amazing and make your food perfectly! Highly recommend anyone stop by here for some amazing food!

Everybody knows Chipotle. This location gets busy during peak hours as Im sure most do. Be prepared to wait in line up to 10-15 minutes at most. Food-wise everything is fresh and tastes great.

Loved it in Columbus, Ohio, just as great down here, My husband is particular fond of this place because it is more tex-mex which is what we grew up with.
