I recently ordered the Ground Beef Nachos $10.99 for pick up from this location when i arrived at home to settle down and eat, to my SUPRISE i had open the box and saw only 8 chips with barely any toppings on them. I fought with myself in debating whether or not $1.37 per chip was worth what i thought was practical. I called the location and spoke with the manager who was extremely argumentative and had the lack of customer service. Being a manager in the food industry for 14 years I have never encountered this type of disregard for customer satisfaction. I chose to return my meal and never return to this establishment. In the past THREE weeks I have taken my family here and have spent WELL over $350 (receipts can be provided EASILY AND UPON REQUEST). I chose to go to the next closest restaurant to get the nachos(way more than 8 chips) I was in search for, and for slightly cheaper. The food I can get over however the way management handle everything I can not. The manager had specifically told me that the nachos had been the same for "18 years" but to my recent knowlege of orders(past recent 3 weeks) and order the same Nachos everytime had indeed not been the same. Dont go here. Manager is clearly all for themselves and not for customers.

Gayle the supervisor is the most nastiest, disrespectful employee that I have ever encountered in a restaurant. They screwed my order up and was told to come and get a replacement from that they gave me. When I went to pick it up, this disrespectful, defensive, unprofessional, delusional supervisor Gayle first lied and said that someone already picked it. So I left. When I went back to pick the food up, I let her know how rude she was when I was in there initially. She literally yelled at me like she was in a rage and told me she was not dealing with me and you got your free food so go. Another employee literally held the door open for me to walk out. All the workers and customers were looking at her when she lost it. She was obsessed thinking she was giving me free food like I was the homeless and begging when they were the ones who served the slop in the first place and that I paid for. If she cannot handle a customer that has experinced bad service and food without having a full melt down, she should reconsider a new career!!! It was like the word free was a trigger word for her!!! Just because you were burned in the past, does not mean everyone is out here running a game!

Ive been here multiple times and the past few have been horrible. Tonight my boyfriend and I came in around 8:30 (they closed at 9, its Sunday night) and we got seated by a lovely host. Whenever we sat down, a blonde with glasses waitress was asking if a group of customers were doing ok and ignored my boyfriend and I. 5 minutes later she came to us and asked us what we wanted to drink, and by that time we knew what we wanted. We werent done ordering and she just walks off. Well then she proceeds to yell at another employee, telling him hes not doing his job correctly and saying if he doesnt do the job right she wont be able to leave early. I understand we did come late, but theyre still open. Customer service was horrible and she should of never yelled at an employee, especially with customers around. My boyfriend ended up walking out and we went to Habeneros instead. May start going there.

This was not a good restaurant experience. My boyfriend and I went there for dinner on a Saturday night. The service was beyond slow. Our food showed up 30min after the waitress said it would be up "shortly". Total wait time before food arrived was approx 45-60min. Both our dishes were cold. I had requested grill marks on the tortillas, since I am not a huge fan of raw corn tortillas. Everything was cold and no marks were present. My boyfriends burrito was inconsistent in the fillings of the burrito. One whole half of his ice cold burrito did not contain any meat what so ever. The cheese was gelling. I just wanted to leave. Never going back. Salsa was so-so, chips pretty stale. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Just got home from a wonderful evening at Mexicali Border Cafe and must comment on the stellar service and really great dining experience. We were a fairly large group and our server, Chelsea, handled it like it was a walk on the beach. I was impressed with the entire staff, and the kitchen put out a lot of dinners for just our group, all arriving hot and very well prepared and extremely yummy. Kudos to management; I have been in the biz and know that seamless service and quality of food do not happen by accident! I am looking forward to becoming a regular diner here. (oh yes, and give Chelsea a bonus or a gift card or something, she was fantastic!)

I was there yesterday for lunch with my mom, mom-in-law and sister-in-law. I was very disappointed. I ordered the "Belly Buster" Burrito. It was not at all as described on menu. First of all it was cold when I cut into it and took a bite. There was probably 95% rice, 4% beans and 1% ground beef. The beans tasted like they were from a can, had that tinny taste to them. There were very few people in there at the time, so its not like they were busy. My mom had a chimichanga. She said it was luke warm and very bland tasting. I know I wont be recommending it to ANYONE!! I thought the place was nicely decorated though. Our server was ok.

We were visiting our Parents in Florida and went to the Bradenton location. First they couldnt seat us because they had just sat a 10 top and the waitress needed time to get them taken care of...? Next our drink order was delivered after 15 minutes of waiting with an excuse of another table got your drink order. After an hour and 10 minutes of waiting for our food we said we were leaving and they finally brought our food. The owner/manager said, we should understand they are busy. Nothing taken off the check and only excuses not sincere concern over our experience. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!

Dont order their seafood chimichanga all they give you is three shrimp in there and then all they give you is small scraps of crab meat no lobster like it says. Also the service guys sucks this place is dead and it took forever to get your food and they guy forgot slot of the order. I wasnt the only one he messed up on. Plus he like hitting on the table of all girls then doing is job. Today was the last chance I have them of coming back. This isnt the only time this guy has messed up someones order. He has been there quit sometime now. They need to train him or get rid of this guy. Very poor.

Food was okay, drinks okay. Waited 30 minutes for our main entrees. Asked for the manager, the fat ass manager came out with an attitude. Asked for a comp on our drinks or on the bill (seems fair when we waited 30 mins for fajitas and tacos). Manager said he couldnt comp drinks cause I might injury myself when I leave. Umm excuse me- Im not driving and have had 2 magaritas. Im pretty sure I wont injury myself! I told him to continue to justify to himself they werent wrong for bringing our food out 30minutes later. Wont be back . I will tell everyone NOT to patron this establishment.
