Pretty bad experience. My wife order the country omelet and it was overcooked. She also had the country ham and it was dang near impossible to cut. I for my self order the bacon temptation omelet and it was over cooked and they just put in whole strip burnt pieces of bacon in the egg and folded it. My toast and my pancakes where burnt and then sent out to be given to me which is really unprofessional. The executive chef does not care about the quality of the food that they put out and honestly should be replaced because he is the one that is showing his cooks how he wants his food out. Your cooks are a direct reflection of the chef and in the culinary business we have a name for that. The wait staff, although nice, are not probably trained as they should be. Took way to long for them to come and take our order, thank god they took better care of our kids then they did us. They also took over ten minutes to clear off a table that was next to us and they had people waiting at the front door waiting to be seated. Their front of the house manager shoexcuse so be replaced because whoever it was doesnt know anything about hospitality because once again your staff is a direct reflection of yourself. Last but not least they apparently dont have a register because our server didnt have enough change to probably give use and there register is a purse they carry around them so that alone was just pathetic and I blame management for that and I can tell you that the last IHOP I went to, which was in Jacksonville North Carolina, was 100 times better then this place and the food their actually looked like what it does in their menu and it tasted what you would of expected. So whoever is in charge of this area in Jacksonville Florida of IHOP should really fire the management and turn that place inside out and make it better

Dont do it. Ive given this place 5 chances. Once we sat and no one ever brought our food out-they comped the meal, so okay cool I was in no rush so no biggie. Next time we go, we ask to sit more away from people because Im not a crowd person and I dont want to sit right in the middle of a crowded area, well some young girl decided to be and say, "oh you dont want to sit by those people" very loudly.. it was a college male track team, I just found it very rude for her to say such a thing. A time before that, the same young lady was ranting answer raving about her manager, you wouldve thought you were in a high school cafeteria. The very most recent and last time I have gone, I had a hair in my tbone steak. I sent it back to have a new one made no biggie, my new order comes out and the eggs are raw.. youve got to be kidding me. Stay far away from this IHOP. They cant seem to get it right.. what a shame.

Deplorable service. Horrible, suppose to be a family restaurant, this lady that looked like a man, went off against my wife and son, who is two. We repeatedly told this thing to calm down and let us eat. Management ignored us completely. Thank you, Robin. Your treatment was just as horrible ignoring us completely. It took over an hour to get our food, and 45 minutes to get my pepsi. How come this overweight lady, could have done such a thing? Babies are babies, they play laugh and cry. Such horrible place. If you are latino, do not dare speak spanish, or you will be treated differently. And beware of Robin. She will not pay attention to you, unless you are the race she likes. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Didnt realize how hard pancakes and French toast are to make but going by the horror on the plates that came out to our table, the stuff I whip up at home makes me a gourmet chef. My sister had crepes and they were burnt and swimming in strawberry sauce. I had stuffed french toast with strawberries. Mine was luke warm and had so much sauce I had to drain it off onto another plate. The French toast was soaked through. Ive eaten at quite a few ihops over the years and because of how basic the food is, consider it generally reliable for edibility. I have revised my opinion and dont recommend this location unless youre drunk or playing a serious game of fear factor food edition.

Service was horrible.they took our order and brought our drinks and then we sat there for an hour waiting for our food and the waitress brought my brothers and my food out with my fathers toast and the toast fell of the plate and the waitress picked it up of the table with her fingers and served to him ,then I asked for her to bring new toast now that she put her fingers all over it and she had a attitude but not to mention we are still waiting for the rest of her food ,we ask for the manager to come to the table and all he could say is Im sorry we are not doing a good enough job and that was it..poor customer service

Came here the other day and ordered a milkshake as I occompanied my friends. When I got my bill it was $4.27 in total, so I decide to tip $1.00, making for a total of $5.27. But when I checked my statement online it said that I was charged $6.00. Clearly, none of those numbers are what I put down on their receipt--so someone there must be intentionally doing this to make more money in tips hoping nobody will notice. If you are thinking about going to a place to eat, dont go here--you might be charged more money than you authorized them to take and not know it until later!

I wish I could give it zero stars. What happened to me in this ihop will prevent me from eating at one again. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwhich. I was suprised how quickly it was brought out. After a few bites of my sandwhich i realized the chicken was completely RAW! Not pink or undercooked..it was translucent. The manager didnt come out at first and the waitress only offered half off our meals. I asked to speak to the manager and his attitude about the whole was too nonchalant. They didnt charge us and we left immediately.

I made a to-go order that was incorrect. When I arrived and informed the hostess about the order she was dismissive, rude, and tried to rush me to pay. I asked her if thats how she talked to Black people around here (Im traveling from VA) and told her to check her tone and try again. That surprised her and apparently the customers eating. The food tasted good, but the attitude of the hostess sullied the experience for me. Will. Not. Visit. Again.

Went on a Sunday after church and the service was good, but the food... Nasty, and very slow. Found hair in food, eggs under cooked and hash browns were burnt. The waitress said they were backed up, but that still does not excuse the quality of the food. The wait staff was very nice and understanding and it only too 10 min or less to seat us, but once seated the clock started ticking away. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS IHOP AGAIN. Just Nasty!!!
