Went through the drive through today, and the woman that took my order was beyond rude. The fact that people who work in a position where customer service is your main priority, demand $15+ an hour, and cant even be polite is ridiculous. This woman not only refused to take an additional order all though there was only one vehicle behind me who had literally just pulled up, but she also was rude when I got to the window both times because I had to drive around to place an additional order. When I tell you she said absolutely nothing to me at the window until I was ready to pull off, then she proceeded to SCREAM "have a nice day" I am not exaggerating. This woman doesnt deserve $15+ an hour, she doesnt deserve a damn job. If I wasnt a respectable adult, my drink would have gone right back through the window with a little more momentum behind it. I will not be going here anymore.

Cashier forgot to call out our fish to the Fry cook. He had an attitude with her and said, " why you dont tell me you need more ? They just gonna have to wait now! " Wow! Really? The cashier made a mistake. She was pleasant and asked us to park so they could cook it fresh and bring it out to our car. Im giving them 3 stars due to his attitude. Its fast food people. Not rocket science! As a customer I fully expect to have to wait at times. I never sweat the small stuff.

I hated it it was awful food not cooked meat raw my bite made me vomit - made my husband take it back whole meal demanded money back will never go back had problems in past stopped going for a long time thought i would try again never will i again last time called DM apparently it doesnt matter. Associate names Verkesha VERY RUDE, we ended up using coupons gave them to her at checkout. She said you need to let me know you are using coupons before you get to the widow cuz now I have to ring it all back up. Then yells to the back, " Throw the ticket away." had an attitude the whole time

As a checkers cashier. I love the place sometimes we have to park people but i never get complaints when the food come out fresh for them. Love the food and the people who work here. Need to work on time of service on night shift(when i work) but i couldnt have a better job

Its fast food folks. . the young lady that waited on us was very friendly and made my husband fresh chicken sandwiches and walked out to our table to tell us that the chicken they had was stale and asked if he would mind waiting 4 minutes for her to make them fresh...

When I get a craving for "fast food", Checkers is my only answer! Nothing like it for awesome burgers and unique fries. AND the staff at the location in Avon Park Florida are always smiling!

They forgot the bacon on the Montreal steak bacon burger 3 months later and now they put uncooked bacon on the buttery steak bacon burger. Time to find another place
