Dont waste your time eating here. My husband and I stopped by to get a box of chicken to go and two side orders of gravy late at night a few days ago. He confirmed when he ordered that the girl taking his order understood it was just two sides of gravy. Her response "yes". Got to the window, we were handed our food in a bag and he again asked her if she had put the two gravys in the bag along with the chicken. Again a "yes" Of course when we got home we opened the bag, took out the chicken and to our surprise we had a side of mac and cheese and one of mashed potatoes with gravy. How hard is it??!! Employee was too lazy to check the order then lied about the fact she had completed our order properly. Never going back! P.S. I hate stupid people!

Every time I go to this location there is a challenge. Last time it was the wrong soft drink and I was told to pull up even tho there were no cars behind me. Today they failed to give me a fork or the biscuit included in the meal. When I went back thru for the fork she didnt even apologize, just handed me one with a sneer on her face like I did something wrong! This is the last straw; this store is obviously managed very poorly and is now off my radar.

Usually at a KFC buffet, you can go up to the counter and ask for what you want. That wasnt the case here. You have to ask for your chicken but you are limited to what kind you are able to get. Also, when I went in 45 minutes after the buffet opened, the food was already cold. On top of that, the floors were dirty. For $7 though, it is what you pay for. I will NEVER go back to this again.

This place was always dirty poorly run. It was managed by the mentally challenged and staffed by the criminal sort. Food was always either old or took way too long. They did have the buffet, though you had to constantly remind them that you are actually supposed to put food on the buffet. Now that is gone and there is absolutely no reason to go here.

every time I go there the food is old, it doesnt matter a what time you go , they need to throw away after 1 hour if it doesnt sell. I dont know what their policy is but I should be able to return it for a new one , the problem is that after I Drive 3 miles one way and I get home I dont feel like getting back into the car Im hungry.

I went at noon but the line soon formed behind me. The service was steady for those behind me. There was a 5 minute on the item I ordered. I didnt mind the wait as I would rather have a freshly prepared item. The food was good and all was fresh and packaged after the wait items were ready.

Used to work for KFC for 4 years in South Florida. Havent had it in some time and after my experience here I wont be back anytime soon. Drive through - Employees were not helpful.... Food was expensive and the taste didnt justify the expense.

Repeating your order 3 times clearly and nicely and still getting mayonnaise on your sandwich when requested no mayo on a 5 dollar order is very upsetting. I always seem to have small problems like this here.
