I went there yesterday with my girlfriend. We use to eat something and while we searched menu, I decided to order Mojito. Bartender asked me to take a seat behind the table, and after some time she gave us two 12oz glasses with something. There was nothing but peppermint lump on the bottom. When I tried that, my first reaction was an attempt to spit it out somewhere. Smell or rubbing alcohol, not sweet AT ALL, temperature about 70°, NO carbonation, no ICE. Remember the taste of non-filtered tap water? So yep, its exactly that taste. I went to the bar and very nicely asked, did she put there a water instead of soda? She said: Soda! Soda! I had a very good altitude and just asked her to make me Mojito with Sprite and ice. She start to lie its was a Sprite, but when I asked her where is the bubbles from carbonation and for what reason her Sprite not sweet at all, she became aggressive and poured this poison into sink. She said: drink like this or you can go somewhere else. You know... I guess, Its a problem of all Miami. If they can call it Mojito in Cuba or wherever else, in US or Europe its called SLOPS. If you want to try my experience at home, here is receipt of their so-called Mojito: -Worm tap water -Lump of mint chewed by your cat. -"Rom" flavored vodka - Straw Then drink it and try to dont vomit. For even deeper experience, ask somebody to aggressively yell on you. Or, you can just go there and pay for it. •Very, very very bad service •Unacceptable ingredients •Unprofessional stuff •12oz glasses for price of 24oz Will never go there again just because I afraid to consume that what they giving to people.

While walking into this place my friends and I were eye balled as if we were going to rob the place. Sat down around midnight to get some drinks for my friends 21st birthday. We ordered 3 shots, two cocktails, a coffee and an iced tea. Also decided to get an appetizer of fried shrimp. After 15 minutes we finally got two of the drinks and the shots. 30 minutes go by and a table of 15 walk in and take the high top next to our booth. My friend in the chair at the end had to move because they piled onto of us. The waitress proceeded to walk over and ask in Spanish if we needed the chair we did not under stand her as she threw it towards the corner of the door. Another 30 minutes went by and that high top of 15 already got their drinks and food, and ate them. No one ever came back to our table nor did we get the coffee or shrimp. We tried to pay several times at the bat but were ignored simply because of the fact that we did not speak Spanish. We left $10 on the table and walked out. A few seconds later all of the staff comes running out saying we owed over $80 (first attention in over 2 hours). They charged us for 5 shots ($9 each) and three drinks we didnt even order or get. Paid our $50 bill for the 6 items we did get and left. Super rude staff and denied being rude when called out on it. Will not earn by business ever again. IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU DO NOT BELONG THERE.

Il prezzo della pizza è incomprensibile... Il tutto era partito da circa $2.50 ma chissà come, una volta che scegli il tipo di pizza (nel mio caso con verdure) il prezzo lievita fino a più di 5$.... e stiamo parlando di una sola fetta di pizza -.-. Poi per carità, fosse stata la migliore pizza della zona, potevo capire, considerando quantè difficile trovarla.... ma non lo è purtroppo e si limita ad essere la classica pizza, stile Spizzico.... accettabile in un fastfood, ma con prezzi da fastfood appunto. Insomma alla fine per un pezzo di pizza e una bibita.... quasi 10$..... Sicuramente inutile come locale per me.

This pizza place is a joke, ordered pizza at 11pm. Didnt arrive until 12:45am. Needless to say it was cold... Unfortunately that was the best part of the experience. On my initial call the "pizza man" asked to put me on hold, and I just sat there listening to all of his conversations for 10 minutes. After he finally picked up the phone, I told him that he shouldnt leave customers on hold for 10 minutes while they can hear you take other orders. His reply was, it was only 5 minutes and hes busy. Figuring that this was some type of aberration or maybe I was expecting too much for miami service, I continued to place the order. He concluded by stating that it could take up to an hour. After about an hour and fifteen minutes I called back. This time there was no greeting, I was immediately placed on "counter hold" listening to the same guy crash and burn trying to pick up girls. After another 5 minutes he decided to answer the phone and tell me its on its way. We repeated this process twice more until finally the pizza arrived. I told him how I felt on the last call and he told me not to take it out on him. The pizza itself was nothing special, salty. I have never written a review online before and I hope to never have to do it again. Bon appetite.

We walked by this restaurant for two days before we decided to go eat there. The older gentleman outside trying to get people to go there to eat is the reason why we decided to try it. Well........ It was. A mistake . The table wa cleaned off with a paper napkin... That should have been the reason we left . Instead we stayed giving them the benefit of the doubt. Well we order our food it was not what I ordered and it was the same waitress who took the order that brought the wrong thing back to the table. The other people I was with ordered the same thing , they are all sick now. Wrong order and three sick people. As a tourist destination it should have better food and customer service. I told the waitress what was wrong , she said sorry I dont know whats wrong with the kitchen staff theyve been getting orders wrong all day . Didnt ask or say she would give the wrong order something off the check. It was very pricey for the service. I dont mind Pathans tipping for good service and food. That place is garbage. Dont waste your time or money. Maybe they should check on their staff . Maybe they ate the food too. Terrible DONT GO THERE. Then o came back to the hotel and read the reviews. TERRIBLE.

Called to order a pizza and the customer service was absolutely awful. I asked the guy if they delivered, he asked my address and I told him and he immediately said "no". I was a bit surprised because I live in North Beach, less than 20 minutes away. So I said "You dont deliver to North Beach?" There was a pause, some muffled noises, and he asked me what I wanted to order. I read him some things off of the menu I saw online and he told me that wasnt there menu. I said I just wanted a pizza and he said they were $8 and there was a $10 minimum. I asked him what else there was to order and he said "We have french fries...A few other things but mostly french fries. And if you order pizza its going to take a long time." I said "So you dont think I should order pizza?" And he said "You can do whatever you want" I said thanks for the help and hung up. I gave it a half hour and called back because I was still hungry and thought I might get a chance to speak to someone else. I was put on hold for a while, and then the same guy answered. He was just as unhelpful. Its like they didnt want me to order from them. Thats fine, Ill take my business elsewhere.
