I wish I could post NEGATIVE stars, because this place deserves less. I ate lunch here today and found PLASTIC SARAN WRAP 5 INCHES LONG AND 1 INCH WIDE IN MY FOOD. I was chewing on it, thinking it was the skin of the eggplant, and then took it out of my mouth to realize what it was. (Thank God I did!) I pointed it out to my waiter, who was very nice and said he would show it to the manager and bring me another one. I waited a few minutes for my waiter to return from the kitchen, saw he then was occupied doing other things, and no manager appeared. One would expect the manager to come RIGHT AWAY and apologize, but this did not happen. I had to go up and ASK my waiter to call her out to speak to me. I made sure she understood the very serious SAFETY implications of finding PLASTIC in my lasagna, and stated that I didnt want my entire table to pay for the meal. (We were 4, ordering modestly.) To which she started to say she doesnt know if she could do that, but I turned around and walked back to my table. The bill came, and they charged us for a few things totaling about $22. I am shocked that the possibility of a customer ASPHYSXIATING ON PLASTIC YOUR CARELESS KITCHEN STAFF LEFT IN MY MEAL would not immediately signal that you should come out and APOLOGIZE as the manager and head representative of the establishment, and include an entire free meal for us. We paid the $22, plus a good tip for our waiter, as he was attentive and apologetic and it clearly wasnt his fault. Its not really about the meal. Its an extremely serious offense. And Ill be damned if Im going to choke and die from someone elses EXTREME NEGLIGENCE. So I will post this where-ever I can and make sure EVERYONE knows not to eat here.

Weve been coming to the location every March when we visit for the last couple of years. Its popular with the locals and visitors alike and the unit isnt massive so it stands to reason get there early if youd like to be seated immediately. As in late afternoon for early dinner. Weve got a couple of little ones and they enjoy the food, as do we, and the portions are generous. Staff and waiters are friendly and courteous. If theres one issue I have its this: perhaps because were not locals, perhaps because its policy, perhaps its been a fluke...every time I return home I find the charge on my American Express statement is a few dollars more than what Ive signed on both the customer and merchant copies of the credit card slip. American Express doesnt bother themselves investigating and credits me the difference as its not worth their time and I have extensive history with them. Having said that, I cant help but wonder why this keeps happening? X amount of credit card transactions times X amount of customers times X amount of days and these overcharges certainly add up and dont look good for the merchant IMO. Still, well return as its close, convenient, and comfort food and I know American Express will right the merchants wrong. Thank you. Follow-Up: Management/Ownership immediately reached out and took initiative to ensure my concerns were addressed. Went above and beyond! Thanks very much. Its clear management/ownership care deeply about their customers!

Placed a to-go order on the phone, walked in as they placed my pizza on the shelf behind the register. Waited nearly 20 minutes while the cashier on the register finished her phone call, then proceeded to screw up putting together the pick-up order in line ahead of me. Finally paid and got my pizza home, ate it soggy and cold. Wont be doing that again while there are better places in the area.

I love the meatballs here, and tomato sauce with them. Sicilian pizza was kind of weird taste with a sweet sauce and the breaded eggplant was actually taste like some sort of a sweet & soft fried bread. And the Sicilian lasagna (on the pic) is ok, but could be better. They serve a terrible coffee. I would say its American-Sicilian kitchen not just real Italian.

Best Italian food in Aventura (maybe in all Miami- have never had better and stopped trying other places). Excellent pizza, perfect sauce, cheese and crust. Had the best artichokes ever last night (and we are picky and eat them often in restaurants around the country). Other excellent items. Great service. Prices are super. Could eat there every night.

Upscale food in a comfortable sports bar setting. Puts Anthonys to shame in my opinion. Love the flavors and top notch ingredients. Their pizza sauce, grilled chicken salad and pastas are delish. I heard the owner owned fancy restaurants and decided to embrace excellent food in a the sports bar setting instead. Nice job.

Great food as well as customer service. The pizza is the best in Aventura. The soups are just the right portion and truly have that Italian taste. And if you like chicken the wings are too die for. Last but not least managment has always been professional and cheerful. Great group of guys!

We were 10 people and they sat us at a table for six. Good pizza, calamari but would not recommend the chicken wings. Service was average due to over crowding. Price on the higher end.
