I go to Haagen Dazs coz Im obsessed with their ice cream. I know there are plenty of other mom-and-pop ice cream places that are much better than this; but this is one chain that I am a slave of... And no other place serves better Haagen Dazs than their store in Georgetown, DC. There is something magical about this place - all the people walking about, the whole Georgetown atmosphere, and me having my favorite ice cream, or something - but Haagen Dazs at this store is second to none! Had 2 scoops here on my last trip here last night. My choice for the night were Chocolate Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Chocolate Chip - yes chocolate overload. That was topped with Hot Caramel syrup - HEAVEN! I like the staff here - kudos to them for handling the crazy amount of people frequenting this place...

Ancora non mi capacito di come sia possibile che una coppetta piccola possa costare $6,25... Un furto, seriamente! E poi non è che il gelato sia spaziale, lo si capisce già dal fatto che non sia conservato nelle carapine ma in contenitore aperti. Davvero deludente.

The most recent time I came here, it was not a welcome experience. The cashier said the brownies were made the same day, that the manager was not there, I had to come back, etc. Minutes later, the manager came from the back, gave me a refund for the stale brownie (the brownie from the same makers that I ate 2 days prior that had been moist and delicious).

Im frrezing here, I ask to close the door and then they answer me NO! Because people outsside can see that is open??!! Whit all light and many people inside?! Then I looked for reviws and it have many people saying the same of me! And nothing change???!!!! So bad managment!!! Never more Ill put myfeet in this place!!!!

Iris is a horrible employee. We paid for out order and she (iris) made a scene in front of the whole store and said that we have not paid until we showed them the receipt. Very rude and horrible customer service

Best ice cream in Georgetown. Im frequent customer here the employees are always providing a excellent customer service this goes for Moghit, foaud... My favorite ice cream chocolate peanut better.

Ice cream is ok, but service very average, bathroom sub par and for some reason, the door is wide open so its freezing in here. Im not sure why they freeze their customers as well...
