Ive been here multiple times and have never been pleased with my order. One time they forgot the icecream in my milkshake. Another time I was ignored for 10 minutes. I stood in front of the icecream window/register and no one said a word. When I asked if someone could help me because I would like to order, they responded that "I had to go to the Dunkin Donuts register to order icecream" (which is not stated ANYWHERE AND THEY WONT TELL YOU). I went in today to get my mom a quart of her favorite icecream and 2 or 3 scoops in the employee DROPPED THE CONTAINER IN THE FLOOR. She then proceeded to pick up the container from the floor and started scooping again. I nicely asked if she was going to get a new container as that one was dropped on the floor. She said no because it didnt land upside down. I again said that it was still dropped on the floor and I would like her to get a new container. She rolled her eyes and mumbled whatever. I was shocked that she was just going to fill it up and give it to me after dropping it like it was no big deal. Imagine what they do when the customers arent looking. Never going here again!

I cannot believe this place is still in business. Is there no management? Took half an hour to get two banana splits, then no cherries because they were out. Had to clean off my table. What a mess. BR needs to keepa better eye on their stores and their management. After ten minutes I asked what the problem was and the guy said he didnt know how to make one and the girl who had plenty of "attitude" wouldnt help him because she wanted to work the drive through window, even though there were NO other customers either in the store or at the window. I certainly wont be returning to this location

Rude rude rude staff, super slow service. Supposedly they close at 10pm, but employees stop working/serving at 9:30.
