Store appearance: Went there around 8 PM several weeks ago. Only 1 person was working so understandably line got built up. The ice cream quality isnt good. Store is kinda dirty. It should have a squeaky clean floor and especially clean where the ice cream are kept. Service: The cashier seemed tired and probably careless by then. I was trying to understand the menu and the answer from cashier was basically to look at the menu. I think at least 2 person should be working on busy days. Parking: Ample parking but be careful! Theres several entrance and exits from different direction so its easy to get into a minor parking lot accident. Overall: I think the location is great so if you want BR then its the only choice you got anyhow. Store could really use some clean up for hygiene and better forecasting to have 2 cashiers on busy days. Yes still will go back when I have to get BR though.

I walked in and the employee had just walked in too. He had gone outside to blow his nose and then came back in walked behind the register and put his SNOTRAG next to the other SNOTRAGS on the back table. Never washed his hands or threw his SNOTRAGS away. I asked if those were his back there and then asked if he would wash his hands. He went to the back even though there was one behind the counter. And he came back and I told him that it was not sanitary for him to a. Not wash his hands b. leave his SNOTRAGS on the counter and c. To even be working and touch food with no gloves on while sick. I walked out and am never going back to this store and I recommend everyone to not go there either

No thanks. Been going here for years with my family and never have we ever had such a horrible experience. I went alone and ordered 2 ice creams as my Dad decided to stay home. He got mine wrong TWICE and had to remake it until I finally gave up and took what he made. He got my Dads wrong THREE times before getting it right. Seemed like he didnt speak or understand English very well either...
